- Staff was absolutely amazing. Beds on the beach and at the pool very comfortable. Room perfectly clean with a bog shower.
- The place is very nice, amazing surrounding, close to wonderful beach, great selection of items during breakfast, rooms are very private and segregated from each other. We had a great time.
- Nice environment and staff
Cons -
- The location is not close to anything id you want to walk. You will need the car. With the car , you can go anywhere and downtown is close by and many other places. I was not happy with their restaurant , we had a dinner the day we arrived and food was not as good.
- No Beach service- only serving water
- Rooms are very dated, staff/service lukewarm, Michelin star restaurant doesn’t meet the usual standard, food selection around the pool limited, beach has no service, which is huge miss given how beautiful the beach is. Overall, doesn’t meet the level of luxury one would expect at this price point.

Amazing resort, the people there go above and beyond to make you feel at home. Great room service, pool and private beach!

Brilliant staff, lovely views, great pools.
Would have loved a heated pool.
Territory, villas, team and beach
Absence of rubbish bins outside on the territory, covered parking,
Friendly & helpful staff, large spacious grounds landscaped with lovely gardens. Excellent restaurant options especially Michelin star Gusto.Fabulously large pool & easy walk to the beach.
It was beautiful in location as well as design
Too rural , no in door bar as such Drinks extortionate prices
Room was brilliantStaff very friendlyPrivate beach is phenomenal Gusto is excellent
Location, the beach, singers team Paola with her husband- lovely voices , all personal is very polite and friendly
- the guys in a kitchen has no any idea how to cook eggs in a proper way- very very poor rooms with the very old everything in the room. Few years ago it was Paradies Resort hotel which i visited before few times, so just everything inside in the room left from that old hotel...very sad- saunas in the spa are not working- doors in woman WC next to the bar is broken and you can not lock them, noone after i complained for the 10 days did not repare them
Breakfast buffet was good. The staff at the breakfast and reception were very kind and helpful.
The housekeeping was the main issue during our entire stay. Unfortunately, we encountered dirty bathrobes with colorful stains and clean towels containing long hair from previous guests. Overall, the room was not clean and there was no turndown service on our first full day. Compared to other 5-star hotels, the bedside and bed fresh-up preparation was lacking. The beach itself is pleasant, but there was no proper beach service or accessible toilets. At check-in, we were informed that we would have sunbeds in row 3, but at the beach, we were given row 2, and on some days, row 1. Despite complimentary water being available, it was never offered to us during our stay, though we observed it being provided to Italian guests upon their arrival. Upon requesting water ourselves, we were given some.We were also provided with a small menu at the beach only once during our three-day stay. The hotel bar around the pool and restaurant feels random and lacks atmosphere. The breakfast could have been a nicer experience, if they would have opened up all of the white tent-like plastic shutters. It just felt cheap and unnecessary, as the views to the beach were blocked. For a 5-star hotel, particularly one under the Leading Hotels of the World group, this experience was deeply disappointing. We had no issue paying EUR 21 (or more) for a cocktail, as this is known for hotels in this price range but then at least expected it to be accompanied by some high-quality olives, nuts, or chips. Unfortunately, the snacks offered were poor in taste and quality. When comparing Baglioni to other 5-star hotels in this price range, such as Romazzino or Cala di Volpe, it falls short. There is absolutely no consistency in the 5-star service, which was very disappointing…
The estate was modern, away from the crowds of San Teodoro, rooms were exceptionally clean and luxurious, pristine private beach space, glamorous pool area, included breakfast options were fantastic.
Value for money on the food and drinks were slightly more expensive than expected for a resort. But we loved the stay and highly recommend a visit here.
Nice staff and walking distance to beach.
the hotel was overpriced. restaurant was disappointing in taste and value for money.
We had a great time! The property is not super new and fresh but very functional, welcoming and convenient especially with a young child. We had a room with a garden and plenty of space for our son. The pool area is wonderful, the beach very fun and there is a nice kids club. Most staff is very kind and welcoming. Easy to arrange transfer from airport and nice spa. Wonderful breakfast.
2 things to keep in mind:- The food (lunch/dinner/drinks) is overpriced and the quality is average at best. They charge like NYC / Swiss places and it is just not really justified if I am honest - We were there at the beginning of the season and they were clearly still training some staff so there was a very wide range of service levels.
Food was excellent, service also, pool area
Rooms were out dated, beds uncomfortable
Large room in small cottage. Very calm and close to one of the most beautiful beach. It’s nice to enjoy ombrelloni and walk along the beach in the morning.
Food and drinks are unfortunately over charged.
Beautiful resort, good breakfast and lovely kids club.
The food of the restaurant is just ok… but not good enough for the price. But the food of room service is absolutely terrible. 35€ for a frozen pizza, 25€ for kids portion of pasta with tomatoes sauce, and 30€ room service fee. 25€ spritz aperol. Let’s just say the price is not the issue, but the quality is the problem. Poor quality food for a high price. Also the beach is overcrowded, no privacy. If you want beds and umbrella in first or second row you have to pay extra, which I thought it was ridiculous especially if you have children and want to keep and eye on them. No drinks or food on the beach. No toilets on the beach, you have to walk all the way back to the resort which is a 10 minute walk. (20 with kids). They have golf carts to take you around but they are never there available you have to call and wait. The customer service is not bad, but definitely there could be more attention to detail. Hotel reception doesn’t have any air conditioning so if you’re waiting for your room is not very welcoming. We waited 5 hours for our room, we arrived at 10 am and they didn’t deliver the room until 3pm. No urgency of preparing a room for an early check in. This was our second time here and probably won’t return.
The beach was amazing, although if feels like the nature reserve they describe it as, you have to walk through to get to the beach is more like a swamp…. It smells and is filled with dead things. Not pleasant
The pool is lovely… staff on the whole are very warm and welcoming. However the attention to detail is awful for a 5 star hotel, it lacks most things a decent room would require, bed is mediocre, lack of storage, no hooks, maids don’t replenish things which are clearly running low, the room turnovers were a constant pain. Or lack of it. Ants I’ll over the room.Lack of toilets by the pool area meaning you have to walk back to reception in the morning to use which is an inconvenience. Kids club is a joke, staff are lovely but it’s completely lacking toys and resources. Compare this to the Gym next door, gym 4 stars kids club 1 star ( meaning our kids didn’t want to spend much time there.) poor us.Biggest problem is the food, in the main restaurant and pool bar, is very average and it’s so so expensive, we clocked this after day one of twelve. And realised we need to hire a car and eat out as much as possible. However with two young children this was a huge inconvenience. Considering it’s 1200-1400 euros a night. A gin and tonic is 24 euro. We’re not talking the ritz here it’s a beach side resort in Sardinia. We were not alone, I spoke to at least 7 other couples who felt exactly the same. They were shocked at how bad the food was and prices. We spoke to the manager who was nice and nodded a lot apologising. But I’ve read reviews going back and this has been going on for a few years and nothings changed. I wonder how they get repeat customers. Because we for certain are not coming back.
Amazing resort with all the facilities you’d expect from 5 star resort. Access to the beach is easy and lounges and beach umbrella all part of the service. Staff very friendly and helpful.
I ordered ice to be delivered to the room and was charged 10 Euro which I thought was a bit rude. Drinks at the resort bar are expensive.
