Hotel La Palma

The accommodation is in walking distance to the beach and the city centre as well. Very clean. We have got clean bedsheets and towels every day. The staff is very friendly but not all of them speaks English. Coffee and breakfast was delicious.

Cleaners start a bit too early. They were noisy so it was harder to rest in the morning. Would be nice to have some bottled water and drinking glasses in the room.

The room was spacious and very clean. The basic breakfast included gluten-free options. Bachisio was incredibly helpful and friendly.

There was no WiFi in the downstairs rooms, which was a major inconvenience. The air conditioning struggled to cool the large room, and the walls were quite thin. Electricity outages occurred twice during my stay.

Perfect location walking distance to La Cinta beach, the town center and also to bus stops to go to all the nearby beaches as well as the airport. The hotel is a nice and friendly property with a very good half board solution. You decide in the morning if you want dinner and choose your menu among multiple choices

5 mins walk to ‚la Cinta’ beach. Very clean. Typically Sardinian furniture (looks nicer in real life than on pics).Huge newly refurbished bathroom with a big even shower!Next to the street, yet very calm.Nice breakfast buffet (for italian standard) with a decent coffee (no powder) and extraordinarily attentive service staff!

Fridge quite loud (we switched it off during the night)Couch (3rd bed) was old and damaged one armrest torn apart. Also, it didn‘t really match the rest of the furniture - might need to be repaired/replaced.Rest of room might also need a little redo.Balcony small, still, a 2nd stool for 2 people to be seated or a small table would be nice (ash tray was placed on the floor).

The hotel has beautiful, cozy interiors, it is very clean and the gentleman at the reception was very kind and helpful. Around 15min walk to La Cinta beach and max. 10min to the city center. Highly recommended!

The room was small but it had a big balcony with a beautiful view. Small bathroom but spacious shower.

Great location approximately 3 minutes walk to the beach. Also walking to the centre. Super friendly and helpful staff. Especially thanks to Renato who explained how to move around the area and was available for any questions.We stayed at the room with access to the terrace which was a bonus as there is a table with chairs where you can chill. Flexible menu for vegetarian. We enjoyed dinners a lot with deserts & great service.

If we could add a comment more options for breakfast would be appreciated such ass eggs.

Very friendly and accommodation staff. Great location with walking distance to everything you would like to do in San Teodoro. Nice, easy and clean.

Very helpful staff, big parking place, near the beach La Cinta and a super pizzeria del artisti. The room was very big with AC and fridge and the garden was so nice.

When we arrived, we received a room at the ground floor which had a humidity smell because of a fload they experienced a night before at the room upstairs. Because the hotel was fully booked, the hotel manager managed to book another room at a different hotel.

Lovely breakfast, yummy croissants, coffee, cereal, fruits, bread, cheese, ham, tomatoes in lovely room with great staff.

Few minutes walk from the town center, generally nice place. Good breakfast, WiFi also OK. Fridge in the room. Comfortable beds. Parking in front of the hotel is free but not guarded.

Furniture look a bit worn out already. Restaurant (for lunch or dinner) not working outside the main season.

It was the nicest accomodation, which we have had on the north of island. Super clean big room and very nice bathroom. Centrum and beach are in 10 min to reach. Breakfast was good. I really recommend.

Dated rooms and balcony’s

The location is good, 10 minutes walk from the city centre and five minutes walk from the fantastic beach La Cinta. There was nos fuzz with getting free parking outside of the La Palma and the staff was kind and helpful which was appreciated. They were also easy to talk with which gave a homy feeling.The standard of the rooms is quite simple and the appliances could need an upgrade. The bathroom, though, was modern and we had a little balcony too. The sound from the refrigerator was too loud though but we were able to sleep and I found the bed to be not that comfortable but acceptable. Cleaning was very good. The breakfast was a lot better than in the description on the hotel's homepage, though they were out of butter a couple of days. All in all, I do recommend this hotel and I'd be glad to return.

The level of English spoken by the staff was poor and should be improved. The breakfast was good but plates were quickly picked clean and refill to a little bit longer than desired.No wi-fi in the rooms which is a big minus, only in the reception.

The location of the hotel is very good, only 7 minutes walk to La Cinta Beach and 12 minutes to downtown.The cleanliness of the room was excellent the 3 days of our stay.The breakfast was good, just the same every day.

We found uncomfortable the mattress, very hard, but that is a personal taste..

despite the employe(only one), have helped my wife with a special food order (plain rice), he showed very little interest on helping tourists.

Location was super , close to the beach La Cinta, 5 min walk. The room was very clean. Super friendly stuff.Breakfast was good and planty.

The pillows were a little uncomfortable. can not acces Wi-fi in the room.Breakfast it was good but the same evryday.
