In a beautiful area of Sardegna. Quick drive to San Teodoro which is a town with plenty of restaurants and shops. The apartment was clean and spacious.

The apartment was a bit far from the beach and pool/restaurants. Sort of expensive.

Very good hotel, clean, and the staff is very helpful. Big Pool and also good internet. Food also good in the restaurant.

Large area, nice swimming pool with salt water. Nice entertainment team. Big rooms but not so clean.

No cleaning during our stay. We booked the accommodation almost one year before and we received the room 35.3 which was the last house in the resort, up on a hill. Water pressure was very low, hot water sometimes was missing, no wi-fi signal and also very low GSM signal. The beds were squeaking and were moving through the room, because they were on wheels. No bar open on the beach. City tax was not communicated on Booking and it was a unpleasant surprise at check out.

Location as I was looking for something quiet, next to one of the beaches. Food was also delicious in the a la carte restaurant as well breakfast.

Some of the equipment was worn but still well maintained. We got sone ants in the room in the last night - expected as the resort is built in the middle of the nature. However the staff was kind enough to try to clean-up but they decided to offer us a different room.

Good atmosphere and a peaceful location. Great facilities and hospitality.

Very nice pool and nice pool bar. Plenty of sun beds. Air con in the room was good. Hospitality room after check out was good. OK-ish private roped off beach with free transport, although only 800 metres away so easy to walk to. Daily Aqua aerobics from enthusiastic staff. Everything very clean. Pizza restaurant great, lovely pizzas and reasonably priced. Drink prices reasonable for an island.

Stayed in an apartment which is a bit of a trek from the hotel and felt quite detached. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere, nothing within walking distance, the hotel shop sold next to nothing which is a bit odd for anyone staying in the apartment and self catering. Sneaky 2 euros per day per person city tax and 5 euros per day per person hotel fee for a towel and ???? , this should all be included in the price not added on at checkout. Bus to nearest town, arranged by hotel and they charge 10 euros per person each way so for a family of 4 - 80 euros just to travel 12 kilometers. Why not free or at least reduced, no cheaper in a taxi. Didn’t have the evening buffet but from other guests it wasn’t great either. A la carte restaurant not open. TV only has 1 English Channel which is a news channel. Breakfast wasn’t great. Poor choice of hot food, no beans, mushrooms, tomatoes or veggie options. Sausages looked like hot dogs - yuk. Breakfast buffet not replenished so get there early before it’s all gone! Entertainment was poor or non existent. Couldn’t wait to leave.

Very poor in the kitchen. No kettle & equipment lacking. Poor lighting in kitchen area. Door on unit nearly fell off.

Cleanliness & hygine is not their forte.The room was not cleaned for days. Even thought the towels were changed daily, they almost never wiped the floor. They even left the sink full with dirt one day.The dinner in upstairs restaurant was disappointing. The waiter removed a big part of the fish when removing the bones. When we told the "lead" waiter he didn't even get what we meant and insisted on taking the plate and removing the major part of the remaining fish.... in the end only 1/4 was left on the plate. The beef stakes were rare although requested medium well, had to send back to cook longer. Due to a special event we did not want to keep arguing but never went there again.Dinner at the buffet was 40 EUR, quite overpriced

Too isolated , especially if you didn’t hire a car or drive .The hotel shuttle finished too early too .Ideally 9.15 would have been preferable.

2 bedroom apartment was very spacious, pool area and private beach very clean, nice sun beds.

Staff were rude. On shuttle bus from beach to hotel, staff member got on bus smoking a cigarette within 1 metre of our 1 year old baby and refused to put it out until she was finished. Lounge staff massively lacked interest.Self catering apartment was a 10-15 minute walk away from the pool/bar/reception.Evening entertainment was terrible, the same guy singing the same setlist every night.No Cot in room when we arrived, older gentleman who drove us in buggy to our room refused to help just continuously repeating “Not possible tonight, tomorrow” despite us having prerequested the cot and the request approved.Room was only “serviced” once during our one week stay, (all that was done was fresh pile of towels left on bed).Lack of amenities in self catering apartment to self cater, no kettle, no toaster, no washing up liquid, no sponge/dishcloth to clean dishes, no dishwasher tablets, 2 tiny bottles of shower gel/shampoo for a family of 3 for a week.On site shop very poor selection.Quality of breakfast food was very poor.

Nice apartment with kitchenette.Good location short walk to the hotel's beach and 10 minutes away by car from Cala Brandinchi.I would not recommend it when the weather is colder, nothing to do, no heated pool, the spa fee it's high for what it offers. I don't recommend their restaurants for vegan and gluten free.For us it was not worth the amount paid!

The building we stayed was really nice, the kitchen was complete and the beds were comfortable.

The facilities were old and location was far away from stores or restaurants. The gym was so small, that maybe it is worthy to create an yoga or only cardio area. Also, the football and volleyball area looked like forgotten, because it did not look like well cared. It would be good to have a warm pool.

The buffet restaurant was good, especially seafood dishes. We enjoyed it everyday.

We needed a variety of pool. One of the pool was only for the customers for SPA.

The place is nice but highly overpriced

Big distances to walk…but don’t worry Each staff member of the hotel use golf cars or electric scooters except the guests …prepare urself for walking and before u think they would stop and offer lift you are wrong…The hotel showsit has several pools ,indeed but u may use free of charge only 1 and not after 7 pm.Use for the rest of pools 20 eur/person/daynot included 600 eur per day per room rate which i paid 3 persons-Somehow the daily rate not includedbreakfast which would be extra 15 eur /head.-The beach is nice u may walk 15 min in sandsor use the hotel pick up truck from the 80’s it should go back every 10 minutes But in reality the driver takes 15 min brake between each rideso happen we stayed when 38 celcius was during days…The guy left us and others waiting in heat both direction .I am experienced traveler and i don’t take chance in italy with sun-beds so happen i did book 2 bed on a beach at reception i payed extra 40 eur once i arrived to beach i looked up the person told him we have reservation:) i don’t go into this story but theytry to send me back to reception to bring proof i paid .it took 10 unpleasant minutes from my life to solve and added bit bad taste :(but once there the beach is nice though .The roof top restaurant is nice though but so happen we came on monday which is the Rest day of the high hollynes Pizza Cheff so we ate nice meats from menu which was pretty good food . On Tuesday the management decided to celebrate the return of the pizza chef to ensurethat it has been declared only pizza night which was totally fine but i wanted to order some salat But then the waiter explained that pizza night ONLY pizza no other thing available on menu ..I am easy going person so why not i just wanted order a cola next to my pizza .ahh sorry no coke we run out…I am not greedy but if these things happen in a cheap place i would skip without mention these.Advise for managmentYou should put the convinience of guest 1

Staff were very friendly and helpful

Resort was advertised as all inclusive but we paid for everything (meals, drinks, towels) when are arrived. No views and property was massive and difficult to navigate

Of course! That's how you can1. Cleanliness. The condition of the rooms leaves much to be desired. Dust accumulates in the corners of the room, there are traces of crumbling whitewash and plaster on the floor. There is an impression that cleaning is superficial and irregular.2. Condition of the rooms. We encountered several inconveniences: the door to the toilet does not open all the way and the door to the balcony does not function at all. These points made our vacation very difficult.3- Type of booking. When booking we were expecting a hotel room, but on arrival it turned out to be an apartment. This came as a surprise as the website did not clearly state that the apartments are not cleaned and that it is the guests' responsibility to take out the garbage. This situation disappointed us as we were expecting a service typical of a hotel.4. Breakfasts. The breakfasts were extremely modest, with minimal choice. In addition, the room where they are held is very old: old wiring is sticking out, old air conditioners are visible, which creates an atmosphere of neglect. The choice mentioned in the description of the restaurant also turned out to be wrong: in fact, only one institution is working.5. General condition of the hotel. The hotel has obviously not been updated for a long time. Furniture and appliances look outdated, air conditioners look like models from the last century. Although there were two TVs in the room, both did not work, probably due to internet problems.6. Ants in the room. The most unpleasant moment of our stay was the appearance of ants in the room. They got into the suitcase with children's things and we had to spend considerable time to remove them.7. Staff attitude. The staff left an unpleasant impression: lack of care for guests and lack of willingness to help. For example, our car was scratched in the parking lot, but when we asked to see the CCTV footage, we were told that this was only possible with police...

Excellent location. Beach was fantastic. Staff were helpful and friendly

Accommodation was a little basic but clean and had access to all the facilities you need. The gym was a little underdeveloped. The only weights were large ones suitable for men, could have done with newer yoga mats

Lovely swimming pool. Good sized room. 3 restaurants onsite offered good selection. Very helpful and friendly staff.

Towels replaced everyday which didn’t seem very environmentally friendly.DJ at swimming pool seemed to want to sing (badly) along with music. Not sure why. Sometimes music at swimming pool too loud. Preferred the chilled vibes. Good selection of vegetarian options at buffet restaurant. Would have wanted more vegetarian options at other restaurants.
