Place and stuff

We weren’t able to amend the booking for 3 and we forced to book another room for 1 while the original room booked had 4 beds..

- family vibe of hotel - welcoming, friendly and helpful stuff - good coffee and breakfast

- Woden windows and noise from main road ( even I had windows to block side), so would recommend to bring earplugs

Very quite and relaxing location Very close to transfer and bus pick ups And close to a large supermarket 20 minute walk to the beach ?️ And 15 minutes to local town centre

It’s situated next to a main road can here traffic And very quiet not much atmosphere However if your looking for pure relaxation this is for you .

The room and the hotel were decorated in a stylish manner, the breakfast was rich and the location is good as there are many restaurants and a big supermarket around. The check-in was smooth and quick.

It says it is located in the centre but it is 15 minutes walking distance. Something was biting me both nights in the bed, I checked and didn’t see anything, however the bites continued.

Hotel has a great atmosphere, perfect location - short walk time the town centre and beach La Cinta. Staff were kind and helpful. Everything was perfect. I really recommend this hotel.

Lovely hotel with nice clean pool and outdoor seating area. Nice bar and buffet breakfast had a nice selection. Room had air con. We had a great balcony with a fabulous view of the mountains. Very pleased! We visited for the Sun and Bass festival, but said we will definitely visit again for a normal holiday.

The room was spacious allowing us to add a single bed to the double room.It was nice to have direct access to the pool and there was an ac unit.Staff were useful

The bathroom drains kept making strange sounds at any time of the day and it was always smelly. Overall the bathroom was tired, with a rusty shower screen. The pool was constantly getting cleaned, the outdoor area was quite run down.. Even the large Hotel sign on top of the building had a hanging O.The worse part was how greedy management is. We have breakfast included and our mistake was waking up always a little too late. For 2 mornings we just could take a few biscuits as the staff was taking all the breakfast bar away. The staff recorded that we had breakfast out if the hour and charged us for an extra 13 euro for both mornings. The last morning, we were there at 10:10 and we asked if we could have a sit down breakfast. The staff said yes, so we managed to not rush this time round. Apparently this was recorded as an extra breakfast once again.Onyl realised this at checkout when the receptionist was not able to even call her manager. She remained embarrassed and irremovibile on the now extra 40 euro charge.We felt totally taken advantage of given none of the breakfast had anything cooked.. It was biscuits, croissants and some fruits, when we actually had the full sit down one. On the earlier two nights, we felt like thieves trying to grab a biscuit or two without wanting to impose on the staff.

Nice small hotel with pool. Breakfast was provided but not much choice.

Location was just outside the main restaurant/bars area with a 15 mins walk. We upgraded to a superior room but the balcony had just 2 stools on it, next to the air conditioning unit and no table with a view of the car park! Better off having a standard room on the ground floor as you have tables and chairs outside your room right by the pool. Breakfast was OK but the hot food was always empty.

I loved the staff, specially the receptionist in the afternoon, I use to travel a lot and I never saw someone that helpful like her, but all staff is amazing.The room was clean.We can go to downtown by walking.To go to the aeroport it’s not necessary to take a taxi, the bus is just uni front of the hotel.I was surprised and satisfied with what I had.

The only negative point, there no full mirror inside the room ?. It’s something simple but for women it’s really important.I missed this ?

Definitely the swimming pool, which you can access straight from your room! (looks like you’re renting a villa as there’s not too many guests). The girls are extremely nice and helpful too!

I didn’t have shower gel in the room but other than that it was perfect.

The staff made my stay,they are friendly, very polite, very helpful it was a pleasure to stay here.very clean everyday my bed was made and room cleaned..exceptional.

The room was comfortable and clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Pool area was good.

Breakfast room no air-conditioning so uncomfortable. Breakfast was average. Maintenance required throughout. Some tiles missing in our bathroom and repairs needed by the poolside. The pool cleaning machine was left in almost all day so had to swim around the pipes. Our door screeched on opening and the cleaner reported it but nothing was done. Expected a snack bar/restaurant but their pizzeria had closed down so minimal food available. Think you had to pre order in the morning. Lastly the hotel is on a busy main road with a lot of traffic noise. Felt the hotel was missing owner or management presence but the staff were really good.

It‘s quite central and the facilities and the pool were nice. Breakfast was also quite good.

There was no pool bar until 6 pm.

The sink water is not good at all, I don’t think it’s drinkable ?

The team is very nice! the swimming pool and the installations are good as well, so nothing really to complain
