Hotel Borgo Di Cortefreda - Place of Charme

the view from the room was magnificent.breakfast was typicaly and o.k.room was o.k. and comfi.

we arrived at noon, and ordered a 2 plares of cheese salami and bread plus beer and sliced tommato. for this they charged us for 58 euro.this i didn't like at all

Cleanliness, staff, great breakfast and dinner.Rooms were comfortable and spacious for a family of four

The grounds are beautiful; the property itself and the surroundings. Staff is helpful and with good attitude. Our room was spacious and comfy. Breakfast is good food with variety. Location is apart from the city madness but close to Florence, Siena, San Gimignano, Volterra.

Room walls are paper thin. You can hear people on the hallway and room next door.

The price and the facility (sauna was not working and they made us pay the full price anyway, without even letting us know that the sauna wasn't working)

Premises, conditions, clean, facilities, helpful staff, very good food. Their hospitality in general was exceptional. We travel very often in Italy (specially Tuscany) but we haven't felt that good like in this hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The breakfast was fantastic, with a great variety of delicious options to start the day. The receptionists were incredibly kind and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The room was spotless, and the romantic view from the window added a special touch to our experience. Highly recommended!

The garden and the views are beautiful. An amazing breakfast. Very relaxing atmosphere. Would stay here again.

Convenient location to activities in Tuscany

Very very far from the city and didn’t have jacuzzi , breakfast wasn’t as prescribed in the previous reviews , gym wasn’t a realPlace to workout ! It was one hour drive to Florence

The hotel is beautiful. We arrived for 2 nights and enjoined the close location to Piza and Firenze .The pool was open but unfortunately it was too cold to get in. The breakfast was good a lot of variety. The restaurant in the hotel was a bit pricey and the dishes in my opinion was to small but very good . I recommend this place for your Tuscan getaway .

A hotel-like stay with breakfast included and facilities to easily relax.

Rooms are older than photos lead on to be.

Everything was exceptional, staff, food, accommodation and facilities were just perfect. Hiring bikes was easy, and all staff helped in every way. The bbq evening was a lovely experience.

Location, stuff, perfect. The room has its little garden(shared with other guests). The location is near the top of the hill, making it perfect for the sunset.

Great facilities, close to Florence and other Tuscany towns, nice pool and very good food.

Breakfast was very good and location perfect for site seeing. Beds were extremely comfortable.

Due to early departure we were supplied with a breakfast box to take with us. It was very disappointing - cakes were stale and the fruit was inedible.

This hotel was amazing. The view, the food, the facilities was one of the best I've been to in Italy. I highly recommend having the hotel food as it was exquisite.

A pleasant stay BBQ night was nice. Pool was nice and clean.

Be aware that at weekends there were a lot of children who were very loud and ran around everywhere.

The sunset view was amazing. We've used the location as a basis to travel around Tuscany as it was right within the Chianti protected area. The room was spacious and well kept.

The breakfast was good but didn't alternate between days.
