    Pros +

    • The location is excellent — just a 2-minute walk from the beach. The pool was one of the best I’ve experienced: large, clean, and never crowded. There’s plenty of parking available under the pine trees, and the on-site restaurant (open for dinner) serves excellent pizzas — we only used it for takeaway. I also enjoyed using the free ping pong tables with my teenage son on several occasions.
    • The hotel is located in a nice area close to Castelsardo and other tiny towns, surrounded by a bunch of Agritourismo.Room was clean when we arrived, comfortable bed, airconditioned, cozy balcony.Awesome sunsets at the beach. Beach not too crowded even in high season. We didn't go there with high expectations for the room, so for us it was really ok. But for the price, it could have been a bit more than spacious and clean.
    • Close to the sea and beautiful nature

    Cons -

    • It’s a pity the restaurant isn’t open for lunch, not even for takeaway, and that the Wi-Fi is so limited.
    • The "kitchen" had two cooking plates, both of which were not functional - which didn't matter substantially as the kitchen was equipped terribly (one (!) spoon, two forks, two knifes, two tiny (!) plates, two cups), so calling it a kitchen niche would almost be too much (what about a pan, a pot, a cutting board...anything?)The shower was tiny :D totally sufficient to shower, but don't dare to try shave yourself ;)Don't expect too much from the bar. The have little somethings, but no table service (which is ok) and absolutely nooo atmosphere. We are no club hotel people, which is on us. But the music was a bit annoying and the program wouldn't have convinced us if we would have been into it.
    • Rooms are old and beds are a bit uncomfortable.

    - great location, a few meters to the beach and all amenities onsite - self-catering apartment was nice and clean; had AC and all other basics- free parking under the pine trees- nice clean, well maintained pool - friendly staff, the grounds were well maintained

    - towel and bed sheet change only free after 14 nights- evening entertainment is all in Italian. Just a bunch of teenagers running around on stage. Mostly suited for kids under 4 years.

Staff, location, breakfast, room, cleaning service, beach, swimming pool, bar.

Internet (quality and speed) was very bad.Lack of choice of places for snack, lunch or dinner. For dinner there was only one option - "Baiaverde Village" Grill Pizzeria & Restaurant. Otherwise you have to drive somewhere 5-15 minutes.Equipment in the coin laundry seems shabby.

    Distance to the beach

Shower very weak water and smell sewage

When we booked, we did not expect much, however when we arrived we were pleasantly surprised. Everything was better than we read on the comments. This is not a hotel so don't expect the same. It was clean and Everything worked as it should.

We speak 3 languages, but unfortunately zero Italian, and we found it difficult to communicate with the staff (except the reception)Other than that no complaints whatsoever

    Beach side

Bit dated & very quiet (miles from towns or ports)

Beach is good. a few steps from the resort. pool is ok. they need to use swimcaps which a little strange, but ok.

too many things i do not like. lack of staff in the reception and slow. you need to wait minimum 15 minutues if there is one person infront of you. when the gate is widely open, the AC is not working . and super hot when you are waiting. you do not get toilet paper if you use one roll in your room. they tell you to buy in the bazar which has nothing to buy indeed for things you need for daily life. you pay for AC usage. very italian way. the only place i lived that you need to pay 170euro for a week AC usage. further more, they just leave the bedsheets on the bed. you have to do setup before you sleep. the pillows smell and i guess they never clean them. just change the cover each time by the guests. my upstair AC was dropping water . many times we woke up because the water drops over our heads.

Beach is very nearby. Apartments are surrounded by pine forest

Reception on arrival was horrible. One bed room apartment is only for 2 adults and 2 children. We were forced to upgrade to 2 bedroom apartment, or pay much extra to allow our 11m baby to stay with us.

    Close to beach

    Dark, old fashioned and uncomfortable

    8PetrPosted on: 7-17-2023

    - childrens animators and evening discos and performances- living area in shadow - nice location of pool- mornings crossaints

    - beach belonging to facility is poor comparing to the others on the Sardinia island

    4LinaPosted on: 7-15-2023

The staff is friendly, the beach is beautiful

Umbrellas are very small you cannot get enough shade, the breakfast was very limited and expensive, there are no toilets near the beach, the animation in 2022 were much more active but this year they were not qualified for the adults.

    10LukasPosted on: 10-4-2022

Very nice place for family. Clean apartments, swimming pool, playground... everything needed with enough comfort.

The beach and partially sea during wave days was mostly covered by seagrass, which is not fault of the hotel, but that was the only imperfection of the stay. The seagrass was on whole valledoria beach, not just at hotel place.

    9JanuszPosted on: 9-22-2022

    - friendly and helpful staff- good breakfast - nice design in rooms- good location: close to the sea with nice beach; if you have a car you can travel to other interesting locations nearby like Castelsardo or spiagga at Isola Rossa- well maintained swimming pools for adults and kids- playground for kids in the shade of trees

    - very small shower cabin (70cm? - we stayed in the residence)- not related to the hotel or residence, but the restaurant next to it has pretty poor service (long waiting time, too loud music); if you stay out of the high season (when launches aren't served on site), it's good to have a car, so you can drive to some other restaurants nearby. In general, it's good to have a car if you visit in Sardinia for a week or more.

    7PedroPosted on: 9-15-2022

location was good, beach really close, staff was nice

the place needs some upgrades, AC machine above stove was badly cleaned.

    9JonPosted on: 9-4-2022

The self catering apartment we booked was big enough for four adults and two children, the pool was very clean and well staffed, the breakfast was great, the beach was great and you could use the canoes as well, the children's entertainment was very good.

A change of bedlinen and towels would have been good idea on an 11 night stay, also to let you know additional costs for the sun loungers on the beach instead of additional charge. We could have done wit a car to get to the supermarkets.

    7RuthPosted on: 8-21-2022

nice location a bit off the beaten track. you will meed a car to get around which is not a problem. in the middle of a pinetree forest which is nice when it is really hot. nice beach really close by. mostly Italians which is nice. bungalows are basic. if you book residence formula (cheapest but still not cheap) nothing is included. breakfast, beach umbrellas & lounge chairs, air conditioning, towel & linen change, cleaning - everything costs extra. check-in process was super slow.

all the extras. basic but still pricey. matresses are incredibly uncomfortable and left us all with stiff backs after one week.

    5PeterPosted on: 8-14-2022

Pool and the breakfast was the best in this hotel. Pool water perfect temperature, you can cool down in the heat. No games or misbehaved children are allowed which was good for me and my older parents. Breakfast also stunning, plenty of choice, kind and helpful staff, quality coffee.

The Air Conditioning in the room only works if you put the special pin in, which is on the same keyring as the physical hotel room key. This a joke and unacceptable. They expect you to stay in the 30c degrees room all day and night, because the A/C is very weak so your room will never actually cool down. Luckily it's easy to bypass the pin and you can find other objects to stick in so your A/C works all day and all night, successfully cooling the room down only then do 25-26 celsius degrees. If you like to sleep early request a room a room far away from the kids entertainment, because they will be extremely loud till as late as midnight sometimes. And they are only shouting in italian, don't expect english. NO WIFI IN ROOM, ONLY RECEPTION/BAR AREA!!!! They have been "fixing" it our entire stay apparently :)

    Very good

Payment for extra towels, resp. clean towels. One set for 12 days is really ridiculous.
