Pros +
- Really lovely staff and excellent SPA massage retreats & yoga classes
- The staff were absolutely amazing—helpful, kind, and attentive. The rooms were spotless and spacious, providing a comfortable stay. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and the buffet dinner was equally delicious. The private beach was so perfect, it made me never want to leave.
- - Breakfast: The breakfast was decent. While the food wasn't exceptional, the variety made up for it. There was a fruit bar, a selection of pastries, different types of eggs(scrambled, fried, boiled), an assortment of cheeses, and juices (though not freshly squeezed). The best part was the restaurant's location—right on the beach, offering a lovely view as you enjoy your morning meal.- Beach: The beach is one of the highlights of the property. Though it consists of small pebbles, the water itself has a beautiful, soft, sandy bottom. While it may not have the white sand that other popular beaches on the island boast, there's little difference besides the color. Those famous white sand beaches are often overcrowded and too shallow for proper swimming—more like large kiddie pools with a depth of just 40-50 cm. In contrast, the hotel's beach is perfect for swimming. Close to the shore, the water is around 100-150 cm deep, and it deepens further as you swim about 30-40 meters out. It's safe for children and enjoyable for those who actually want to swim. The mornings are especially serene, with the water completely calm and practically no one around, making it the perfect time for a peaceful swim before breakfast. It’s like having your own private sea! In the afternoons, it can get a bit windy, and some seaweed may wash ashore, but it doesn't significantly impact swimming.- Location (Sunsets): The hotel faces northwest, which is ideal if you enjoy watching the sunset. The views in the evening are stunning.
Cons -
- The walls are rather thin, and unfortunately, our room was close to the elevator, which resulted in being woken up multiple times by guests departing for early flights.
- - Location (Distance): The hotel's location is somewhat isolated. We flew into Olbia airport and rented a car, and the drive to the hotel took around 1.5 hours on winding, single-lane mountain roads. If you plan to spend most of your time at the hotel, this might not be a problem. However, if you're hoping to explore other parts of the island, like San Teodoro or Cala Gonone, be prepared for long drives—about 1.5 hours in each direction.- Condition of the Hotel: The hotel is quite run-down and in need of a complete renovation. The plastic materials used for switches and power plugs are cheap, and the surface lining has started to peel off, giving them a dirty appearance. In our room, we experienced a bad smell coming from the air conditioning, so we had to turn it off. Fortunately, our room stayed cool as it didn't get direct sunlight. On our fourth night, water started leaking from the A/C, soaking one of our suitcases. The staff kindly moved us to a different room, but in the new room, water was dripping from the ceiling in the bathroom. Since it was our last night, we decided not to request another room change.
- 1. They have the main hotel and a few houses on the territory, we had a room in one of the houses(blue point on the photo). Which is fine, but I've paid for a room with "frontal sea view" and the view was not very "frontal" or "sea"(photo follows). Road to other houses was just in front of ours, so a lot of people just walked by our terrace 2. The restaurant and service on dinners weren't good at all. Veeeryyy loooong waaaiting tiiime. I've also waited like half an hour in the bar (after first five minutes, I was just curious if I'll be able to get drinks at all). Also that was one of the worst mohito and virgin colada in our lives. We tried it just once and limited the experience to pre-paid breakfast. 3. You really do not have many places to go on that beach. Near town, Valedoria, is like 5 minutes by car, but 20-30 minutes by walk. There is a beach bar, not from the hotel, which saved us with fast service, friendly stuff, pizzas and beers(coctails also not very good by my taste).

Good clean room, very friendly and helpful personal on reception. The location is great, with some beautiful views, beach, near infrastructure and small towns. There are parking lot, place on the private beach with umbrella and fresh towels every day, which are included in the price. They also have a clean and comfortable swimming pool with a great view. Pre-paid breakfast was great, with seafood. The sunsets was very romantic.

Beautifully situated at the sea front. Our rooms were in the main building: clean, spacious and with airconditioning - which we needed as it was 36C outside. Reserved beds on the beach are nice as well. Breakfast buffet is excellent and offers a wide variety of food - awesome. All in all we enjoyed our time here from the first to the very last minute!
Despite the reserved beach beds, some other guests went out at 7.00h to claim the "best beds" with their towels. So every day there were small quarrels between various guests over the beds. Although amusing to see, I can imagine that this could be easily handled by assigning a fixed location (with a tag or number) to each room.
Everything was very clean and new location it’s amazing staff was very nice
Nice restaurant, amazing location, but the food was very poor
Everything was good. The view was amazing, the food was delicious, the staff was very nice. We enjoyed our vacation. Recommend!
Fantastic views, free sundbeds and sup. Good pool and beach. Rooms are small but comfortable. Big variety for breakfast, nice restaurant.
Well, it was 27 degrees in the room and technician was needed to fix the AC. Finally it was working, but impossibble to adjust manually, so was very noisy at night. We only could turn it on or off. Beach bar is very loud, sunset with techno music... Village nearby is not nice, some shops, pizzerias, no vibes. Overall, too expensive.
The staff was great and always helpful. The breakfast was ok ( not great). The location wonderful!
There's a milion problems with the rooms. The airconditioning doesnt always work, the electricity doesn't always work. The cards don't always work. It seems the hotel was recently renovated because of even bigger issues in the past. But, either way, in our experience the staff was always ready and will to help us solve the problems. If you plan on being upset because things don't work please remember it's not their fault.
Delicious and very varied breakfast. Hotel near the sea with restaurant, pool, beach and an incredible sunset over the sea. Highly recommended.
Great location on the beach
Rooms are tired, strange door locks, sticky light switchesService could be improved - would expect better from a 4* property
Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. Location is great. Its a beach front property that offers an area of the beach for their guests with sunloungers and umbrellas. If you have a room facing the beach, you will enjoy a beautiful sunset from your room. The beds and pillow, in my opinion, were extremely comfortable.
The air conditioning setting was on "auto" and kept shutting off every 30 mins or so (even without reacing the desired temp). The issue was that it did not turned back on. We had to turn it on again manually.
The location is fantastic. The beach is great and the swimming pool is excellent. Coming in mid-July, we were concerned that the beach and pool might be overcrowded but that was really not the case. The whole area was very calm and beautiful. We chose the half-board option and did not regret it at all. The food was rather good and there was sufficient variety.
We loved our holidays and would consider coming back but we also see a lot of aspects that could be improved, especially given the potential of this place. The first and foremost business of a hotel is to provide adequate sleeping conditions; that means silence and a dark room. This is incompatible with starting cleaning the hotel stairways and halls at 8am. Every day we would wake up to the noise of the hotel cleaning or the light coming in from the curtains that were short by about 30cm in width, and therefore did not close sufficiently. Noise stopper pads for chair legs would also be extremely necessary, as one would frequently be disturbed by moving chairs on the upper floor. These are very basic things that really shouldn't need pointing out.Other aspects needing improvement:- At breakfast, typically if you'd arrive later than 9:30 you would find a lot of things already gone. I even overheard one staff member at 9:40 saying to another "it's 10am, let them eat what is left". If breakfast is until 10am, all the food must be available until 10. I don't want to feel like I need to rush for breakfast when on holidays because there might not be eggs or bacon anymore. - There was a lot of mixed information on what was included in the half-board. This must be made crystal clear upon check-in to the guests to avoid misunderstandings.- Service was often slow at dinner and mixups in the orders were not unfrequent. The quality of the service really varied across waiters. - There should be a pool bar, or a staff member coming frequently to the pool area to take orders.
Location is spot on for this property if you like to be directly in the beach. The beach is a great beach and is large so has plenty of room. Also a few eating places actually at the hotel and also two in the beach itself. The food at the hotel restaurant is very good as are the breakfasts with a large variety of food available. The bedroomIs also good and clean and comfy.
The bathrooms, specifically the shower in thisHotel needs to be updated. The bathroom is large but the shower is tiny. This is the only negative.
Pool is great and private beach
The air condition was not working and kept turning off every half an hour at night, I asked to fix it multiple times and they sent someone but it was never fixed, it is also very noisy and I literally did not get any sleep for 3 days. Also the location is not great and far away from Olbia.
All the staffs were very friendly and tried to help in need and showed the effort to make it comfortable.
Location is little bit far away from nice beaches and had to drive off at least for an hour from the hotel.
Bed bugs
Infested with bedbugs
the terace facing the sea
We love the views and how well kept the property was. The rooms views were amazing.
