- A clean, nice place to stay. Perfect for trips to Tivoli. Friendly staff, clean rooms, underground parking.
- The staff in restaurant were good with allergies.
Cons -
- I was disappointed that the pool wasn’t open at the start of June since it was the main reason I booked this place.
- Pretty much everything. They had no air con on so rooms were stifling. They didnt have water in pool and then procedded to want to charge us 25 Euro per person to use spa pool.
- It was the worst hotel of our ten Days Italy visit. The other five hotel had better view better meals, better location and modern or vintage better decoration with better facilities. This hotel is very old fashion decoration too expensive for this money. Mostly tours came because it is very far from the City Center. But it is crowded in the meals. And we had problem with our reservation. They wrote me room pictures are the demostration picture and ask money for the room with bathtube.

Bed was very confortable. Breakfast was very good.
Guests must pay to get access to swimming pools, when such facilities are presented as part of the hotel. All swimming pools are open only until 5.30 p.m. (inside) and 6 p.m. (outside).Furniture in the rooms is outdated. At breakfast, only plastic glasses were available: this is not what a client expects by a 4-star hotel.
Right next to the spa park so an extremely good location if you are going to the spa. Also, it is only a few minutes' walk from the train station so it is easy to visit Tivoli or Rome.
The continental breakfast had a a varied choice and was fresh. The room was beautiful, spacious and adequate for my needs. I had a swimming pool facing balcony and beautiful views. However, the bins were located under my room, and there was a disgusting smell and flies but I was out most of the time. The bathroom was great with the spa bath - it made up for not being able to go into the pools! The staff were lovely, the day I had to check out I got lost and my phone had died and they allowed me extra time to collect my belongings without an additional charge so I was very grateful.
I think the advert should indicate clearer that the spa and pools do not belong to this hotel but is instead a separate entity. I was really looking forward to this mini break and although the room was great I did not want to be stuck inside all the time, hence why I found myself wandering around Italy instead of relaxing.
Prof stuff, window view, nice fresh breakfast, clean and cozy room, quiet. Thermo swim area 2min walk. Fantastic composition of water. Info about Tivoli and excursions around. Central location - bus COTRAL 1,30 euro going to Tivoli, 5min walk from train station (Bagni di Tivoli)
No teapot in room. Bathroom near the lobby is downstairs. Crazy irritating orange color of room bathrooms. Extra fee 10 euro for outside termo swim pools
Breakfast was ok - staff were wonderful
Beds uncomfortably hard, no cafe on site
Good hearty breakfast, but on the second day there was no juice and coffee machine, excellent friendly staff, especially the manager in the restaurant hall. Getting from Rome by train is a little stressful, but it was worth it.
This is the perfect place to start a holiday in Tivoli. Within a few minutes by car you can reach top places such as Villa Adriana or Villa d´Este, or you can spend a lazy day in the hotel’s thermal baths.
Everything went well thanks to the kindness of the personnel at the desk and at the restaurant, in particular Angela who is exceptional as a waitress and person..nice breakfast, quiet place
One clerk was noticeably unprofessional, impatient, and rude, Manuela, at the front desk...
looks nice price acceptable
the swimming pools are all closed. I went there just for the pools. very unfortunate
location and access to Terme next door; very friendly staff
old fashion decor and scary parking lot
The train station is close to the hotel to reach Rome. There is a minimarket at the next street which has extremely low prices. Every day the rooms were cleaned. The shower has high power so it is very good and comfortable. The reception is very kind and helpful.
The air-conditioning doesn't work. The breakfast is the same every morning which is boring after 2 days and it contains a lot of sweets. We misunderstood and the swimming pool was closed in April but this is our fault because it was in the description.
I enjoyed my overnight stay in this hotel and felt relaxed too. My room is quite big, well equipped and high speed internet everywhere. Very helpful and accomodating staff. They have a beautiful receiving area for guests and nice reception too. They have a huge park where you can enjoy a family picnic and has big pools for everybody from kids to adults. The breakfast is good as well. I will definitely come back and recommend it to my family and friends.
Smells sulphate wherever you go that is why I didn't enjoy the pool area.
the indoors terme
Breakfast was basic. Staff offhand.
General unfriendly staff
Rude reception ladies
The ladies at the reception had definitely wrong attitude towards costumers and the answer to every question was a NO, definitely do not recommend this hotel.
Roof pool and bar were fantastic
