We visited the hotel and had a very pleasant experience. Everything was clean and well-organized, and the overall atmosphere was really nice. The pool was great, although the water was a bit cold, but we still enjoyed it. Other than that, everything was very good and we were satisfied with our stay. We would recommend it.

The system of warm pools and whirl-spa jets was fantastic. Outdoor facilities surrounding poll were also great

Bathroom not as clean as I would have hoped, with dead ants piled up near the shower. Dinner at any of the restaurants on site required a reservation, even for hotel guests. In a period where it sure seemed as though the hotel was not full, they told us we could not get a reservation in the restaurant

Nice breakfast and pools.

Our both rooms had heavy smell of cigarette smoke (especially in the bathroom). Every time we closed the windows, it was back in 20 minutes.

Clean, fabulous suite room size. Excellent facilities including a great golf course. Helpful and friendly staff throughout. Near a train station to access Venice and other beautiful towns. Plenty of sun beds etc

Room is clean and good with big terrace and view on pool.Breakfast was good quality.Pool was nice and water temperature was from 39C to 28C for bigger pool for swimming. All pool are connected inside and outside together.

Good hotel!There’s kettle and tea facilities.Comfortable bed, Spacious room, Delicious breakfast.

It was very hot, the bathroom was a sauna, the heating is not regulated. We slept with the balcony open.

The room was lovely, clean, and comfortable. The location was brilliant and the thermal pools are fantastic.

Before the trip the team were not overly responsive via the booking chat which was disappointing. An early check in charge is €30 which is crazy (having stayed at many hotels that will accommodate wherever possible.

They have charged us an additional city tax, although our booking had clearly the taxes and charges included. We didn’t get an answer on this neither from the booking customer support yet, thus few weeks, so if you plan to stay several days, please have this in mind. In the room mini-bar there was no price list or menu. It didn’t seem to have any mineral water, but only heated.

Great stop on our roadtrip. Kids loved the pool. Great for one-two day stop :)

Needs a little updating but still very clean rooms

Swimming pool was amazing and evening entertainment was great.

Staffs are not customer oriented (except the pool guard) and always confused. Every request was replied as “No” didn’t even bother to take an attempt to help us.

Amazing pool, good WiFi, quite, green territory, nice breakfast

Restaurant work just couple hours , at same place where you get breakfast and dinner in case of half board. Air conditioning system old and noisy and not cooling a lot. Dog per night 18€

The pool areas are amazing

The AC in the room barely works and sounds like a jumbo jet! The whole complex needs love. Looks dirty and unkept. Need a paint ASAP and modernising. The restaurant menu had 4 options only. The Speke did hotel is like a ghost ship. My room was here but all facilities are in Majestic hotel. Meaning there was nobody at reception of Splendid - therefore no security at all in the Splendid building. Basic stuff!

Pool is great, the breakfast is very good. Large room and bathroom and nice terrace.

The mattress and pillows were not really according to expectations.

Personel in Splendid Hotel ... I understand bad day but Lady from the office there was Totally unpleasant. On a question "do you speak English?", I heard "If you want..."Sorry ? not in 4* Hotel.In a room u can't take a bath ? ...it doesn't work... only shower.

Unfriendly

The staff ,( his name was Mr. Paolo,)on the recepcion was a terrible.Arrogant, unfriendly, and really negativ person for the all of the questions and situations. I think , is it inpossible in case of this situation.

I love this terme for it's cleanliness/spacious quiet spa area and lovely rooms. The breakfast is fresh and delicious and the staff and kind and welcoming-they always go the extra mile to make sure you are happy.
