Cons -
- Jacuzzi hours, aggressive jacuzzi bubbles (if you get in, you’ll understand), lack of staff at front desk- we always had to search for staff to assist.
- we moved rooms as we had a crane in front of our room and the room we were moved to was very oudated
- Pro-russian anti-American guy serving the bar with his conspirological stories defiantly chosen the wrong direction from Moscow in his immigration

really nice place! very modern and comfortable. nice staff and beautiful rooms
cozy and modern
Lovely spa and poolsNice furniture overall
Unfortunately the cleaner opened our room’s door while we were in it, she didn’t apologised and closed the door behind her. We had a problem with the shower too, it was licking everywhere and we had to dry the whole floor. In my opinion our stay wasn’t worth the money we spent. Very simple breakfast accompanied by poor staff service..
Spa
Old and uncomfortable bathroom with no windows and a useless fan, old towels (some with holes), zero toiletries, not properly cleaned. When we arrived it smelled like smoke
Welcoming staff, amazing location, wonderful facilities. The room was spacious, clean, with a beautiful view. The toilet had both shower and bath. Fabulous breakfast with premium products.
Swimming pool temperature was a little cold.
The pool area was nice.
The rooms do not have air conditioning and it was 95 degrees. No fans available. The front desk is not often available for guest.
The hot tub was freezing
