Very good location if you plan to visit Gardaland. Excellent breakfast. Free spacious parking. Very nice park and swimming pool. Daily cleaning.

Rooms needs modernization. Bathrooms need to have separate shampoo and soaps, cotton buds etc.

Room decent size, very quiet , (only rooms facing back, est is noisy from road traffic)AC very good.Nice receptionist, hotel is OK, pool is very large and clean.

Do not even think to order breakfast or dinner. Only frozen stuff, including pizza, snitzel and potatoes. Only fresh thing they have is salad. I never had so bad food in Italy. We left everything on the table. Breakfast we were given spoiled ham, I gave to the waiter to smell it, and he said ok, and he just took it. No more ham in the morning...Orange juice is some artificial lemonade.Too bad, as the owners are nice, hotel is decent.By the way who designed the bathrooms in this hotel must have been british. To place the toilet right next to sink, so you can sit on 90degrees, was a torture. Maybe englush tourists after a long night can remove liquid both directions.Seriously, bad bad design.

The room was clean and looked like it had just been remodeled. The staff was amazing. They have clear instructions and have great recommendations for restaurants. The towels were very clean and we even got a private balcony space. We didn't pay for breakfast but the wonderful staff still made us a coffee that was really good. We will definitely staying again!

The pool wasn't open. It was chilly outside but for some reason I thought the pool would be available. Might have been my mistake.

Big room, clean and quiet. Good location if you want to visit Lago di Garda. Good value for the money.

Great location, excellent staff, good breakfast - especially coffee

Breakfast was very good (e.g. egg, cheese, ham, vegetables) compared to the normal, "minimal" Italian one, and in particular the coffee was excellent!

I missed black tea for the breakfast, and the shower in the bathroom was a bit strange (too large for a small cabin).

The location is good- Close to Gardaland

The pool is poorly maintained- No one was brave enough to dip

Should have requested a ground floor apartment as there was no lift (difficult with luggage and baby to get upstairs).

The accommodation is very close to Gardaland, restaurants are very close by, very easily reachable, the staff is super kind and funny and the reception is open 24/7.

The AC blows directly onto the bed, and summer nights get uncomfortably warm. However, turning on the AC is bothersome because it's noisy and makes it harder to fall asleep, especially with the air blowing right at the bed.

actually it was a nice experience , the hotel , stuff, the locals are friendly and the place in general wonderful . Even the shopping centre was very good and there are many places for kids the lake completely nice

This does not deserve 3 stars at all. The appartement looked nothing like the pictures. It was really dark, tiny and not clean. The „patio“ was a table in the shared entrance area. The „view“ was out on the parking lot. When we asked for a different room according to what we booked, we got told that this is not possible and the hotel is fully booked. The pool area wasn‘t clean either. The water in the pool was grey and milky. All in all, a true fail.

We booked the apartment and all was good. Clean and comfortable. Breakfast was also good. Staff very nice and always helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

The swimming pool was not so clean. We could not open the shutters on the main room as opened on the hotel corridor and people in the next room were going through our terrasse instead of via the garden

Clean and spacious room, strong wifi, car parking, breakfast a bit short of variations, but okay. Good location, close to Peschiera del Garda, Sirmione, Gardaland, Parco Natura Viva. People are very hospitable in the hotel.
