Great stay, beautiful place with excellent service, outstanding wine and very good dinner

Beautiful place and a big room that was fresh and clean. Good breakfast and kind staff that did their best.

Better communication and information about the place. Also dinner on the place was fully booked and they should reserve places for their own customers first. The spa would be much better with a view and possibility to take a drink.

Our Deluxe room was perfect - spacious, lovely design, huge sun terrace, free minibar. The pool area was wonderful and the overall vibe in this hotel was amazing. Beautiful views all around, very quiet location. About 20 mins walk or 5 mins drive to the nearest town. We had an amazing stay!

Nothing to dislike.

An amazing place to rest and enjoy the landscapes and food, with lots of beautiful places to visit within 20-30 minutes. Friendly and polite staff, great breakfast, and the cleanliness of the entire place is impeccable. By far the best Villa in the region.

What a fantastic place. We loved everything, especially the view, our terrace, the pool, the very luxury bathroom and products provided, the friendliness of all staff members, the location, the garden, etc.Their gourmet restaurant completed our experience. We were delighted by the wonderful dinner. The atmosphere in the garden was fantastic and the surprise menu was outstanding in quality and presentation. We had a wonderful evening and great time there.

Just a very minor thing, but the breakfast did not fully fulfil our very high expectations after the dinner. The bakeries (breads, croissants, several cakes,…) were great, but some self made jams, fruit salads, vegetables and fresh juices would be appreciated for the last 1% to be 100% satisfied ;-)

Beautiful house in the middle of the grapevines. The room was huge and awesome withe the stucco work, a really comfortable bed and a fantastic bathroom. The pool area is so calm and beautiful, the staff super nice and helpful. Excellent food in the restaurant and superb SPA treatment (massage and peeling).

the only food and beverage option at the hotel was closed and the resort had no activities to offer.

The villa is beautiful and the vegetarian dinner was nice except of the not vegetarian amuse bouche for the vegetarian menu.

The shower head has a thick layer of mould in the classic bedroom. We ordered a vegetarian menu and a not vegetarian amuse bouche was served. We claimed that but got the comment that it is only Mayo and vegetables. However it had the consistency and the taste of tuna.

Pretty building. But that did not make up for the many deficiencies of this poorly managed property.

The pool was closed for two of the three days we were there as the cleaning system was broken. The restaurant was closed for the first two nights, and then closed to guests due to a private function on the third night. Very inconvenient as the hotel is in a remote country location. Very poor breakfast -- we were told that they "could not do much as only three rooms are occupied." The entrance/reception rooms on the ground floor very dark and the lights switched off despite many requests to turn them on. We stayed at nine hotels during our recent Italian trip and this one was the worst!
