Great staff!Close to the airport.Comfortable room.

Not any restaurants open nearby, but the front end staff helped us order for delivery!

Lighting was a little confusing at first (need to insert the room key into a slot for the lights to work) and the light closest to the bed seemed to flicker like it was going to pop.

Fairly dingy, including mold in the shower. Staff was nice.

Actually no Air conditioning in the room was very hot at night.

Lovely hotel, very comfotable, amazing breakfast and very friendly staff. If I ever come back to Milano and it's surrounding areas I'll stay here. Thank you

Location was enough for me. We went to Metro by car easly. Parking space was free.

Breakfast was not good, there was not almost anything food left when we arrived.

The evening recepsionist deserve te be manager. And the Hotel even was build before my father birth was okay and i liked so much

Simone, the receptionist was kind and genuine. Although clearly overworked and tired.

The bathroom was covered in mould. There were mosquitoes in the room and a sound of dripping water coming from inside the walls. The location was in the middle of nowhere on a motorway - totally soulless.

Locality perfect for airport very helpful with suggestions for getting into Milan. Very helpful staff.

Terrible. Never again.

Our air conditioner was very loud (I am sorry that I can not upload a video) and the staff was like "either you listen to it or turn off AC, we don't care". And it was very very hot that night! The air grill was very dirty. My husband ended up will a lot of bites from some kind of bed bug.

Very good breakfast. Something is there for all. Clean room. Welcoming staff and very helpful. Overall you will get as you paid. So definitely value for money. It's my true review. I stayed there with my family. Location is little far but you knew it before booking. So no issue. I recommend it for budget travellers. Comfortable stay no doubt.

Nothing less my expectations.. so like it overall

All personell was very attentive, my check out was early in the morning, and I could not make it to breakfast in time. However, the administrator gave me some croissants before opening the door, which was very nice of him.

The walls are quite thin, you could hear someone vacuuming or hairdrying in the midnight))

Staff were lovely. Great coffee at breakfast. Nice large room. Very close to the airport and to public transport into Milan.

There was a some signs of mould under one of our windows. The bathroom door was under construction, wobbled a bit in frame.

Very efficient receptionist. Practical location if you need to get a flight. Not so far from airport. Parking lot available. Quiet room. Close to malls, where you find restaurants.

Decoration is dated, sounds like you are in the 80's. Elevator is really small. Not practical if you do not by car.

They have very friendly staff.We alwayas had clean towels.

There were ants in the room.The bathroom was very old and not renovated (e.g broken door of bathcabin and soem broken parts on the tiles).Not a good quality breakfast, no good bread, no fresh cakes, ...The room was too dark, the central lamp was making a gloomy shade in the room.Although the location is close to train station which is nice, but the neighborhood didn't seem to be that safe especially late at night.The hairdryer was very old and weak.
