Clean spacious room with all amenities

Decoration could be better

The staff were approachable but there is a staff woman who is looking at me weird as iam sitting on the lounge area.She is so arrogant the way she stairs at me long hair woman ages 40-50’s tall and chubby! The way she looks at me like is like discriminating!

I like the front desk people they are friendly

Location not so good, although we were with the car ( parking is not free, 15 eu/day) . It’s close to a big hospital so you see a lot of sick people in the hotel and you feel sorry about them, feel uncomfortable!

The rooms were nice and tidy, although there is no electric pot or glasses. Stuff is super helpful and breakfasts are good.

Location isn't perfect, closest bus stop is around 15min walk, but it's good for hospital guests. The gym is pretty bad, everything else good.

Location being close to the airport and Monza race track. The reception staff were fantastic and extremely helpful. Breakfast was great with lots of choice and quality food. Parking available.

Parking is VERY expensive, surely guests should have parking included??????Seems to be an added value point the owners have missed, disappointing!

This hotel is a nice structure to stay at, with a good breakfast. If you’re looking to be close to the San Raffael hospital, its a great location to stay at. Milan can be reached in about 45 minutes.

Room was big and cleaned everyday. Breakfast (which we had to pay extra even though we've booked with breakfast) was good.

I booked the hotel with breakfast but somehow it wasn't registered. Therefore we had to pay extra for breakfast. I cannot understand how booking.com does this as this has happened to us twice now. Not happy at all. The staff at the hotel asked us to take this up with booking.com Also very disappointed to have no bottled water or tea/coffee making facilities in the room. I would think that is a basic requirement in the 21st century.TV in the room only had Italian channels. Not catered for International guests.

This is a very well run hotel. The rooms are simple but comfortable and very clean and well maintained. The location next to the hospital is excellent. The breakfast is good and fresh.

I liked everything, although if may I suggest an improvement would be a hospital shuttle service for guests, of course at a fee. Sometimes, specifically if a guest has mobility challenges, it would make a big difference if the hotel could offer a shuttle service to the area in the hospital the guest needs to go to. Thank you!

The location was very good for who needs the Hospital Raffael,it's near the hospital and staff is very friendly. The people of Milan City are friendly

Exceptional location.Descent breakfast for a 3 star hotelThe rooms are good enough and decent for the purpose of the stay — clean, functional, and comfortable for short- or medium-term use, especially considering the emotionally and physically demanding circumstances many guests face. It's not a luxury stay, but it offers what really matters in this context: convenience, rest, and peace of mind.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like during my stay. Everything met my (strict) expectations, especially considering the purpose of the visit.

We were there for an early morning visit at the San Raffaele hospital the following day. Location is right next to the hospital so it was perfect for that. Also has some nice restaurants within 15 of the hotel.

We can with our own car and had to pay to park. Although the parking lot is used for hospital visits, this was very disappointing to us. The hotel should differentiate between those overnighting at the hotel and those on a day visit to the hospital and could use a hotel voucher to exempt hotel guests from having to pay to par in the very own hotel parking.

Very convenient position - Close to San Raffaele hospital. Good restaurant with good food quality. Old style hotel with all the options in the bathroom, curtesy sleepers etc.

Not so close to public transportation to reach the city center. Parking slot available, but with extra fee.
