Moxy Milan Linate Airport

They were offered as a shuttle option to the airport but there was none.

Room was comfortable

No airport shuttle so you get soaked if raining. Even though we were there before food finished only one person taking food & drink orders so had to queue and then told Kitchen was closed and only other option was prepacked sandwich’s, crisps or chocolate.

Great location, the Staff were superb, they even allowed me to check out 1 hour late which I very much appreciated. The room was nice and a good size. Everything was clean and the bed was comfy. The Metro is just like a 7-10 mins walk into Linate.

It was crowded at breakfast and I couldn’t find any fresh plates. I ended up having a bowel of cereals. The windows in the room doesn’t open, it was a bit warm with the heating on (tip turn it off when you sleep)

Despite being a 3-star hotel, it felt better than expected. The room was clean, tidy, and felt fresh rather than run down. It has everything you’d need for a convenient stay next to the airport. Breakfast was a real plus, with a nice selection of cold meats and cheeses, pastries, bread, cereal, fruit, as well as a few hot options like scrambled eggs, bacon, and hash browns.We were even able to check in earlier as the room was already ready.

The walk to the airport is not very pleasant even if it only took less than 10 min (we had substantial luggage; it would be quicker without luggage). The area around the airport looks a bit run down.

The breafast was great. Staff willing to help. I enjoyed my stay there.

It was a little hard to find the entrance walking from the airport, especially late at night and in the cold, but made it.

The room is clean and the beds are comfortable.WiFi is good and the breakfast is OK.

It is my second stay at Moxy hotel this time there were a lot of problems with the water supply. In 3 nights stay water was completely missing in the morning for some minutes, or it suddenly stopped while showering. The room temperature also was not warm enough and no matter how much you changed AC temp, it was not relevant.

We had no running water in our room so couldn’t shower ahead of our flight in the morning. When this was mentioned to staff they were not really interested. I did send an email requesting a partial refund which was also ignored

Room was way too hot (26 Celsius/78 degrees Fahrenheit) with no way to cool it due to unresponsive staff to assist with opening malfunctioning window and centralized controlled heating/cooling system.

Very comfortable good sized room & bed. Lovely bathroom! TV had my name on the screen as I entered the room. Superb varied breakfast with hot & cold items including variety of eggs, bacon & potato circles is the best way I can describe them, very tasty! Informal vibe in the bar where you check in with background music etc.

The room was modern, comfortable, clean and well located (we were able to walk from the airport), and represents good value for money.

It would have been great if there was a small fridge in the room. It was also disappointing to find the hotel turns off all air conditioning at night - we woke to a very hot room in the wee hours of the morning, and needed to open the windows for a while to try and cool the room down.

The decor was modern and edgy. Staff were friendly and helpful. Small extra things were done for a birthday that were really nice.

The bathroom was lovely. The bed very comfortable.

The fire alarm went off at 5:30 in the morning. Sort out the extractors so people's sleep is not disturbed. There was no kettle in the room.

Cleanliness, location, breakfast

Having to prove that our breakfast was included in our room fee that we had paid for. A couple of the members of our party were questioned about paying and then had to wait at the front desk while the staff confirmed that we were good. It felt like being pulled over for a speeding ticket.

Great hotel to stay over for an early flight in the morning. Comfy beds, good soundproofing, nice bar.

Everything was excellent. The room was great—clean, beautiful, cozy, and everything was new. All the appliances worked properly. The breakfast was good. The location was perfect. When I’m in Milan, I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

The room was clean and had basic toiletries. Staff were friendly and helpful. It is an easy 10 min walk to the airport. There is no shuttle bus available. If walking is out of the question they will book a taxi for you.

The room was excessively hot (over 25 degrees) and the thermostat would not change the room temperature. We could not leave the window open as the hotel is next to the airport and very noisy. So this made sleeping quite difficult.
