Location, staff, food.

The design of sinks lacks space for our toiletries.

Good location to the motor land...Great breakfast.

The staff in the reception didn't show any will to help no matter what my question...The rooms are well equipped but not so well maintained...

Carlota at the the reception is very helpful. The design of the hotel is very nice and room very comfortable. Breakfast with many choices. Soy and almond milk available. Plenty of parking outside. Good restaurants in the hotel.

Superb

The bathroom is not in a pretty good condition for a four star hotel. In my reservation i named 2 people but we got towels and some other stuff just for one person. What also i didnt like is that you cant get to shower before 7 am. We had to hurry and got up very early but i couldnt get shower because the water is just running too hot in the morning. After 7 when we came back from breakfast it was ok but we had to go.

Basic hotel, value for money could be better. Friendly staff, firm beds.

We went to the spa and had 5 treatments between 2 persons; I feel that in this case you should not charge extra for use of the spa.

The hotel staff is extremely helpful and kind. The breakfast was exceptional compared to other hotels I stayed in during the years I stayed in that region of Italy. There are plenty of EV charging stations. The Pizza I had at the Michelin star restaurant is one of the best I had in Italy.

The rooms might have been a bit more spacious. Do not expect a big room.

I loved the breakfast 2 x had the cornetto alla crema, it was super fresh and fantastic! :-) I liked the bar upstairs very cosy. All in all I was perferctly happy!

Awesome facilities and breakfast. Staff is very polite and kind.

Facility in good state, pretty recent, nice modern style. Large onsite free parking. Comfortable bed, modern bathroom.

Cleanness of the room not at expected level for a 4 superior. Small room. Breakfast ok but not with variety you would expect (eg only white joghurt). At arrival air conditioning in the room set a 20 deg,, it was too cold. Hotel restaurants quite pricey.

Really good hotel in out of the way location - we were there because we were attending a wedding nearby
