Breakfast was perfect, staff was super helpful.

the room temperature was low and it could not be increased. I was cold. maybe this hotel would be a good choice for summer.

Good Location, parking lots secured, friendly staff, we asked for some information and the staff was very helpful.Nice and very clean room.The breakfast was excellent and we will come back again.

I generally do not like carpets on the floor. I wish there was coffee cups and glasses available (not those disposable ones).

From making the booking trill they welcomed us at reception, the room was perfectly clean and stylished furnished. They pay attention to detail. Best buffet breakfast I had in a hotel. Thank hou Phi Hotel for spoiling is to a great stay and experience. We would at any time recommend traveller's to book at this special hotel.

Location was good

No clean sheets, no blankets, food was terrible and staff was not cooperative

I would have given the hotel a 10,but the toilet was jot working and there was no one to fix it. They offered to change the room, but to a small one. I feel that they could have done more for the inconvenience. There was also a bit of an awkward moment during breakfast when the lady there did not understand what room number is( whether we have breakfast included or not - we did) so she had to call for the receptionist to come and tell us that we don't have breakfast included ( again ,we did- she did not understand the room number). I think it could have been handled better, but that is for the management to try and improve. Otherwise hotel is nice and clean, room was spacious and the location was excellent.

Great place and size able room. Not a lot of variety on the breakfast but overall pretty good.

The guy at check-in, Mohammed, wasnt very welcoming. I booked the hotel for 3 adults but I have my 2-year old daughter with us. He said kids need to be paid separately but was all sorted out in the end without having to pay anything extra.

The place was super clean but smells of heavy sewage and infested with mosquitos didn’t make it a pleasant experience

Really good breakfast. Air conditioned rooms with comfortable beds.

The staff is very friendly and kind, they help in everything they can. The room was adequate, we fit well in it, the bathroom was spacious and clean, which is very important to us, the cleaning lady worked very well. The bus stop is a 5-minute walk away, from there it is half an hour to downtown Bologna and the bus ticket is only 1.5 EUR.There is an underground garage under the hotel, which can be used for free, which is also a great advantage if someone comes by car.There is also a big grocery store very close.We didn't have breakfast at the hotel, so I can't comment on that.

There were a few confusing things:- The shower head was half broken.- The shower door could not be closed completely.- The room door could not be locked with a key, the lock on the inside did not work either.- The most annoying thing was the climate control. Before we went to bed, we always turned off the air conditioner, then almost every night we woke up to find that the air conditioner had automatically turned back on. It is probably also centrally controlled.The following point is not the fault of the hotel:I don't recommend going to Bologna by train, because on the one hand, the station is almost two kilometers far from the hotel and the road is next to the field, abandoned place, no one lives there.There are almost no local residents go on foot to the train station, everyone goes by car. So, I recommend use bus instead of train.

Clean & comfy beds

The hotel does not accept a family of 5 in one room (although the room was spacious enough). This obliged us to book 2 rooms in advance. When we got to the hotel we discovered that the rooms are not close and not even on the same floor!The room that was at the ground floor (superior suite) had a terrible smell of sewerage. Disappointing because this ruined the rest of our rather positive impression of the hotel.

The staff was professional, kind and helpful.

The shower in the room 405 was small with a shower door difficult to open or close. The (hair) dryer tube had no temperature regulation and it could reach easily higher temperature. We would suggest an additional hairdryer as option to the guest and sulfate free bath products.
