Pros +
- The night staff was amazing. This place has no elevator and she carried my bags 3 floors..The bed was clean and comfortable. The room was larger than I expected.
- Friendly receptionist. Clean and spacious room.
- Clean, simple good location
Cons -
- The morning staff insisted I check out at exactly 11, not one minute more. There was NO HOT WATER in the shower!!The rooms with private bathrooms are on the third floor. The vue was horrible. The bathroom has no heat. I briefly left my room in the morning and the cleaning lady came in and open the windows all the way... The room was freezing and she was trying to rush me out but I stood firm and left exactly at 11. I waited 2 hours in the lobby (that was freezing cold).
- No toiletries in the bathroom. Noise in the night was quite disturbing (some technical noise from outside? or ventilation)
- Everything was terrible .The price for the night was extortionate! They charged three times the price for a dump because of the local concert we were attending was popular. A disgrace! We were robbed of money do not go to this awful hotel. A hostel would have been better choice.

Awful , plastic cups plastic plates .dirty room and tables , coffee machine was tiny and faulty and dirty looking. No lift , room old fashioned and minimalist.

Bad
old building with old furniture.poor breakfast with very few tables to sit
Poor
Poor quality, no one at check in, had to call a number to get someone to give me a key. Terribly place.

Really good for one night before your travel.Very friendly staff.
Breakfasts mainly from pre-packaged products.Very noisy in the room - you can hear every step from the corridor and also see the lights from the corridor under your door. The lock in the door was not working.

The room was clean and the staff was nice and polite. The breakfast was included but we left too early to try it.
The hotel and furnitures are quite old but that was expected from the pictures and previous ratings. There was no elevator and I think that 75 euro is probably a bit too much for the location and the hotel itself.
The location is next to the highway, the room is OK. . . the receptionist was nice. . . The room price of 90 EUR is a bit too high. . .
price
It does the job if you need a place to sleep for couple night. If you can find a room for 50-60 euro, then go for it. I wouldn’t pay more than that. The hotel is very old, but the rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable and the shower was fine. Also, the location is ok with easy access to the city centre of Bologna and the Unipol Arena. The
I wanted to stay another one extra night and they wanted to charge me 110 euro for the extra night, which is ridiculous. For the previous 2 nights I payed 55 euro per night. The cleaners start knocking doors from 9am in the morning and there is so much noise during the morning. Although the check-out is at 10:30am, they started knocking my door at 10:15am asking me to ckeck out. Also, there is no kettle in the room and not many cafes/restaurants arround the hotel. The wi-fi was working from my laptop, but not from my phone (I have iPhone 11 pro max).
I do not recommend this place to anyone.
The staff cannot communicate in English, except one of them. We could not get basic information about anything. The hotel is far from clean. For breakfast we had to ask for forks, they have only plastic plates and knives. Very few tables and chairs.
Clean hotel with all the essentials. Very comfortable memory foam pillows. Late night check in available. Friendly, helpful staff. Shower works well with good pressure (but see below, lacked curtain!) Furniture a bit old but functional. Overall a decent place to stay as long as one does not expect luxury. Breakfast was included and wasn't bad. Location was great for what I had to do, free parking available onsite a good bonus.
Bed a bit too firm. Shower mounted on bathtub had no curtains (water on the floor was an issue, but I informed them and they cleaned it. Should invest in a shower curtain!). Minifridge did not work. Also do bring your own hairdryer, the one supplied lacks oomph.
The location was okay. The staff was very nice, very friendly and helpful. The air conditioner was very good. I would stay there again!
The light was too dark in the room and the bathroom. The rooms were not soundproof enough. The wifi didn't work.
It's a good place room was bigger than expected reasonable cost
A bit out of town but it is close to nice Mountain climbing areas
The staff waited up until 2am, as our flight was delayed. For a quick stop off, the hotel was totally fine. Good location for travelling - close to airport and train station.
It has a beautiful roadside view to the city. The staff very friendly.
The shower was very tiny. Barely fits a person.
One member of staff tried to be helpful.
The breakfast was extremely basic and not what o was expecting. Served in a horrible entrance lobby. The other hotel guests were noisy and thoughtless. I was woken several times each night. The location was on a busy intersection so I could not leave the window open for fresh air because of the noise. The air conditioning was on a timer so I was unable to have that on instead.I would never recommend this hotel.
What I liked was the cleanliness of the rooms and that the room was given that fast.
That you can hear all the noise of the other rooms day and night. All the day you could hear the furbiture being moved and that the other guests made so much noice late at night.
