The staff was friendly and verattestation. So organized and prompt. The food was very good and it seemed that it was very much health based. Some was not for me but the pasta, chicken, and fish was great.
I have to dig for this one but as usual the bed was so so. I'm pretty picky so that might just be a " me" thing.
The staff is very friendly. The breakfast is excellent and copious. In fact, it was the best breakfast I had on my trip! The owner is happy to provide an adaptor, so you can charge your laptop, and use the antiquated power sockets in the room. The room is conveniently provided with a big beach towel, which can be used as a curtain, to keep out the light in the morning.
The hotel was a throwback to the seventies. The room is very basic. The carpet is worn out. No curtains are provided, just drapes. The place is in stark need of renovation. The WiFi didn't work. Don't expect to sleep in later than 9 o'clock on a Sunday morning, because that's when the local chainsaw artist starts showing off his capabilities. At breakfast, don't even think of making your own coffee: you tell the boss lady what you want, and she gets to press the buttons. She will guard the coffee machine with her life. Half an hour before breakfast closes, verocious shuffling of chairs will alert anyone who is still eating that it's time to go.
Wide parking lot, super nice pool, sauna, wonderful breakfast, very friendly staff
Kids bed was a little bit hard to sleep, not so soft
The mountains around the hotel
Poor Comunication between the front office assistant and the manager. The spa area is poor and there wasn’t water to pour over the sauna ( it was also recommended to not put water over the stove).Small room and it was not cleaned so well.
Good location, nearby few towns with restaurants and grocery store. Room has what we needed (bed, thick blanket, hot shower), not for fussy people though.
No kettle, wifi in room but wifi is strong in lobby area.
A lovely traditional hotel in a very strategic location. Wonderful staff always available to help and very friendly. Do not miss the opportunity to have a chat with the owner who has a lot of knowledge of the area and can pinpoint perfect trekking options (we stayed in July). Very nice spa area with swimming pool, sauna and Turkish bath. The garden is perfect for chilling out in the evening. Nice breakfast with a variety of options. Rooms with all the comforts and lovely terrace.
Nice and tasty b'fast. Safe parking inside and very clean. There was an indoor pool but it was close.
Ok,so I'm starting a long description. We started our long trip by motorcycle from Albania,Tirana. We stayed in Croatia one night then in Venezia and our next stop for four nights was Regina delle Dolomiti. We couldn't wait to stay there. We were so happy. The day that was supposed to arrive was a heavy rain all the way up till there. We traveled in heavy rain by motorcycle and 8 kilometres before we reached the hotel, the bike stopped in the middle of nowhere. A problem from the wet. We were in the street alone. After too many atempts to start the bike it was impossible. So we decide to call the hotel to find a way to help us for the bike to send it to the hotel and for us too. The reception lady helped us by connecting us with the owner Mr. Franco. He was so available to help us as soon as we told him the problem. He sent us a tow truck for the bike and he came with his own car to get us physically to the hotel. All this in just an hour if I can say. So we arrived in hotel and he said us if we would need anything just ask him. He was so helpful and polite. During our days there he helped us a lot with his garage friend of the hotel and too many tools for fixing the bike. The bike started after too days with too many helps from different people. So we were back in our vacations. We enjoyed every part of the hotel. Everything. The staff so polite, the rooms were so clean and the ladys coming every morning to change the sheets. The bufet breakfast was so normal. So good. The view from the room is 10/10 and the location was top. Facilities of the room were ok. Everythings worked normally. In the heart of what we wanted. We felt so sad leaving the hotel after four nights because it felt like our home. Now we have a very good friend from Panchia,Trentino. Mr. FRANCO.We will wait for him to come in Tirana soon. What a lovely place and people. We are sure that one day we will go back in Regina delle Dolomiti.Promise.?With love,Rudi and Blerina??❤️??
Very friendly and helpful personel. The rooms were tidy and comfortable. Excellent breakfast.
Breakfast, SPA, parking, friendly personal, price.
The room was not what we booked, an exchange was offered the next day. Boots heating in ski room, could not understand that it would work.
Bad
31.12. 2023 at 5 PM .. Sorry hot water was finished. Smelling room, very cold room. There was maximum 15 C , sometimes 12 C. Horrible experience.
Room small but cleanBathroom also was very cleanBreakfast was good and also the coffee .Easy parking
No wifi in all roomsRooms need some renovationStaff need to smile a bit
Acceptable breakfast: selection of meals is good enough, perfect croissants.Pretty good location for that money.Possibility to have a little snack in the evening: the hotel offers traditional "piadina" – flat bread with different kinds of filings.Cleanness in the room, everyday cleaning.Silence at night despite the road along the hotel.
NO WiFi in the rooms! Although the staff mentioned it was a temporal issue, that was still the huge disappointment. Not punctual staff: we warned them in advance that we are departing early in the morning as we needed to get to the airport in time. As a result, we wasted some valuable time looking for and waiting the staff.Average bathroom fixtures condition and boring old-ish room's decor.
Location and breakfast
Bathroom and no coffee/tea facilities in the room
The place is amazing, the lady on the reception is very friendly! Balcony in the room was nice! Our cat liked the hotel! Just 3 hours to Venezia! Perfect location ! Food for breakfast was very nice! We loved everything! Thank you so much! We will definitely come back!
Just at night there was no hot water. But I can’t say it was absolute drama. We had shower the next morning.
If you are OK with a smaller room, this can be a hotel for you. Friendly staff, nice bar and rich breakfast for a price that you can't beat.
Nice breakfast, nice owner who personally greeted us, great price (probably due to the spa being closed) and it was just in the location we needed. Ample and private parking.
The shower door was outright broken and kept leaking black grease. The toilet was very small.
