Beautiful location with a clear view of the Dolomites
The staff was impolite and patronising. They threatened to not give us breakfast (already paid) because someone complained that we were noisy the previous night. Be that as it may, that's an unacceptable way to treat your guests. Even if we are young (24), they have to realize that we are customers, not their children.
Balcony
No wi fi, no ac, old furniture, bathroom needs update, spiders in the room, high price for what it offers.
cosy room, bit small and lots of things packed in but all we needed so was ok.
only thing we needed extra was somewhere to keep our food cold. otherwise very accommodating
Friendly owner family, great breakfast, great view and location.
The location was pretty good and there were shoe heaters in the ski room. That is about all of the good stuff I can say about this place.
We were very disappointed by this stay. The hotel is supposedly a 2 star hotel, but I am really wondering according to what standards this was set. The hotel is old and worn out, the cleanliness is bad and the staff can be really rude.I will start with the breakfast situation - there is quite a variety of sweet things, which we expected based on other reviews. But we didnt expect that the savory part of breakfast would be only toast bread, cheap ham and cheese. No vegetables whatsoever. And it is outrageous that they do offer eggs with bacon for 7 EUR on top. So is the breakfast included or not?Nevertheless, just assumed we will bring some veggies to the breakfast so that we actually get some nutrients before we go skiing. The staff was very unhappy about it and didnt want us to bring veggies to the breakfast. When we asked them that if there could be more savory stuff for breakfast we wouldnt have to compliment this poor selection with our own groceries they replied with "This is Italy", meaning that here you eat sweet breakfast. Tell this to my stomach that would simply hurt for hours after easting a sweet breakfast like this with cakes, croissants etc. You cannot assume all of your guests are fully healthy people who can tolerate anything you serve them.Apart from the breakfast situation, here are even more remarks:-Poor sound insulation, waking up from cars driving by-Moisture in the bathroom, evident from a bathroom ceiling that was just peeling off-Mold in the shower, on the seals of the shower cabin-Damaged shower repaired with mounting tape-Leaky balcony door that made it very cold during the nights, clearly causing water to condense on the door.
Kind employees who explain everything and create a feeling of home. A comfortable hotel to stay when going skiing.
Breakfast is mostly sweets - various cakes, cookies, croissants, pies, everything sweet. A lot of floury food. Of the salty, there were only two types of sausages and cheese. No omelettes or boiled eggs were offered, all for an additional fee. For people with gluten intolerance, I recommend to find out what is offered for breakfast, because you may remain hungry. There was a hair dryer, but it could not be plugged into any of the sockets. It was impossible to wash the hair because it could not be dried.
Clean, quiet basic room. Location very good, off the main road but quiet. Many good restaurants within a short drive.
While the exterior is charming the interior is a bit worn. The third floor room had a protruding slanting ceiling that made it easy to bump your head while moving around. There was a variety of foods at breakfast, but it was mainly very sweet breads, cakes, sugary cereal and flavored yogurt. If you have dietary restrictions and need to lower your sugar intake there are not a lot of options. If you wanted eggs and bacon it was an additional 7 euro.
the value for money, and the hospitality of the hosts
Dated hotel, worn-out. Carpet was dirty throughout
Location, room, bed was perfect.
Breakfast.
Breakfast and location. Very close to the lifts.
A bit noisy at night since it is close to the main road.
lovely staff and nice view from window sauna was great
no restaurant and the road was a bit noisy
family business vibes, very cozy and very cheap spa which is great after a long day riding tracks on a snowboard.
very limited continental breakfast
Nice hosts. Helped with questions.
You can't bring your own food. Even if all the restaurants in the area are booked.Slow internet, if you need to stay connected to work on vacation and you depend on the internet, you will have a hard time.
friendly owner (looks like family business), easy parking, clean room
room is a bit oldish, some renovation would be welcome
The room was clean and the breakfast buffet is rich.
It need a refresh. The room was spoiled, Christmas decorations was still on (in August). It face the main road so it is really noisy.
Location is excelent.
Little bid outdated. Owners did what they could. Man is kind, woman a little bit strange.
The hotel and rooms could use a renovation, but the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very nice with many home made pastries.
