Late check in is available! It was a bit creepy since most lights were off but better that than arriving earlier! The staff were very nice, great breakfast and plenty of parking. There is an elevator. We enjoyed our stay here

We stayed at this hotel in the Dolomites over the weekend and had a wonderful experience. We booked last minute, but they quickly prepared a room that met all our expectations. The hotel was spotless, breakfast was delicious, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. They even kept the reception open late because we were arriving late — such a thoughtful gesture! Definitely recommend this place.

The breakfast was very good, if you like lots of sweet pastries. Shower was also excellent.

It lacks a bit of warmth/ambiance. It is also out of town, one needs to drive to a restaurant.

The soundproofing was poor, and there was a lot of noise. Our room was located on the front road, so we could clearly hear all the passing cars. The towels were low quality, and the mattress of the bed was uncomfortable. At breakfast, there were flies, and the food was not properly covered.

The place is great but the people there are exceptional. Starting with the girl at reception who was very helpful and considerate with a smile all the time. The lady in the restaurant was very kind and amusing

Perfect location in Val di Fassa to explore the gorgeous Dolomiti. Very nice staff, clean and quiet rooms. Park outside the hotel. Very good view on Sas Pordoi. Good breakfast and dinner.Suggested!

One little thing: there was no fruit for breakfast.

To be honest, nothing to complain about. The staff is beyond friendly and helpful, the food is amazingly tasty and the rooms and clean with a really comfortable bed. The location is appropriate and convenient to move around easily and there is a chill out area outdoors with mountain views that makes the stay even more magic ✨✨✨

Parking right at the hotel with plenty of space, excellent accessibility to the ski slopes (approximately 5 minutes by car), sufficient breakfast (scrambled eggs upon request), an ample supply of sweet pastries, helpful staff.

the room was relatively small, towel hooks were missing, heating was not on all the time, so we occasionally felt cold, and the price was higher.

We stayed 5 nights. Our stay was absolutely amazing! The staff are super sweet and Gabriella made us feel instantly at home. I can't believe people as hospitable as her exist. I can't count how many times she went ridiculously out of her way just to make our stay perfect. She also gave us amazing recommendations for restaurants around the area, made a reservation for us at a super busy restaurant using her connections, and helped us find cheap via ferrata gear near the hotel! The food we had for dinner at the hotel was glorious and the breakfast had a large, wholesome selection including eggs made on request! The area around the hotel is beautiful and the view from the parking has no business being a view from a parking XD. There's also soccer nets near the hotel for anybody craving some footy. The hotel was also super clean and the crowds super fun to hang around. The 4 person room was bigger than it looked in the picture!

I guess the upper bed on bunk beds is a bit uncomfortable, but you can easily just remove the mattress and put it on the floor instead then you're all good.

It was so friendly beyond friendliness i loved every single one of their staff they treated us so good and the breakfast was amazing, never forgetting the parking as well!!!! It was an amazing stay....

WiFi was working only in the reception lobby area. Hopefully that was only temporary issue.
