The location was great, walkable to Lago di Braies. The staff were friendly, the included breakfast was tasty and had a lot of variety. The room was clean and comfortable and the price was reasonable.

We had a comfortable triple room with a balcony and comfortable lounge chairs although it was too chilly to sit out even in July. We were close to the road with a lot of traffic but only a mile to Braies Lake. Breakfast was good with a pleasant staff. We could order dinner from the menu in a pub atmosphere. Guests sit at their assigned table for all meals. Parking was easy.

Closed on Thursdays for dinner. After trying many restaurants that only serve their own guests, we finally found the more upscale Edelweiss Hotel which had a few tables for the public. Other choices recommended to us by the staff involved driving back to the main road to other towns 15-20 minutes away.

OMG the food was so good!!! Sara was amazing, gave fantastic advice on selections, and using the bus to Lago di Braies. The potato ravioli was ridiculously good. Great location, very ample breakfast... While I didn't get her name, the red-haired young lady was equally impressive, great staff...

We liked everything from breakfast and dinner, the hospitality and also the location is nearby Lake Braies. Sandra gave us information about public transportation during the public holiday. The bed is super comfortable. The Forelle and Pragser Käse are very yummy and must try ?

The place is perfectly situated near Lago di Braies. I love how quiet and calm the place is, and the staff is charming despite we are not conversing in English, we understand each other.I have low expectation coming to this place but it far exceeded when it comes to breakfast, comfortable bed, service and value for money. Also, its just a few mins away from a nearby grocery. I super love the nice view from terrace and hassle-free parking just beside the hotel. Everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out, it was worth the long drive from Venice.I would highly recommend this place.

The property was very close to outdoor activities and other attractions. The food was amazing. I would love to go back and eat again. They had many options for those with allergies or dietary preferences

We came late to the hotel and thankfully the staff left our key on the desk with our name on. The hotel was located in a beautiful part of Italy with incredible views. The room was clean and cottage like with a warm duvet. Would certainly recommend and even return!

The staff was very nice and the breakfast was delicious. The location was extremely close to the lake, only one bus stop away, which was very convinient. Clean, comfy, would recommend to anyone.

It was unexpectedly cold while we were there, and the heating has not been turned on, we slept with an extra hoodie on, but it was bearable.

We didn’t know there was a possibility to get a guest card and tickets for the bus in and out of the valley, until our second day. If you are planning on taking any buses make sure to ask about this when you check in.

A very friendly family Hotel, everyone is accommodating and friendly, Delicious food in the Restaurant, good breakfast and Thank you Anna for letting us have an early breakfast, comfortable and clean room. Well recommended.

Staff very polite and kind, Location very good and quiet. Food at breakfast and dinner very tasty, they have traditional tirol food menu and the prices are good just like the price of accomondation. I think it's a hotel run by a family by tradition, young boss Matthijas runs it very well, I would recomend this object ?

Excellent location for hiking and being close to the lake. The restaurant and breakfast are excellent and so is the staff. Recommended!

The shower cabin in our room should be replaced with a new one.

Good location within walking distance to Lago Di Braies (20 to 25 mins ) though the part of the path to the lake was a bit uphill. The restaurant food was good and the breakfast was ok .

If you need to sleep early it could be a problem due to the noise from the road and the restaurant sitting area below.
