Nice location, tons of parking space, functional and clean place.

Location. Sauna and pool were also nice.

Would have liked an earlier check in say 2PM instead of 4PM.

One bus stop to lake. Very good masseuse

The food was exceptional.

No flexibility when asked if we can use the pool or sauna on our departure day for an hour or two (as we arrived late the night before).

Beautiful location with great views. All the amenities are great enjoyed the infinity pool and the views from it. Breakfast was the best I’ve had in the weeks of traveling. Large room and views from the patio. Across the street was a trail to the lake which took 30 minutes.

Our favorite was relaxing at the pool after a day of hiking with the provided towels & robes. The bed & bedding was crisp and comfortable. Very clean room with plenty of storage. We enjoyed the dinner & breakfast. And all the staff were so accommodating & happy to help.

Pillows were not that comfortable

The location is great. It’s very close to Lago di Bries. Although rooms have no air-conditioning but with the window opens, the temperature was ok at night. The front desk staff was super kind and helped me with my splinter wound. Thank you!

It would be great to have air conditioning but I guess properties in the Alpine do not.

Lovely hotel close to Lago di Braies. Yummy dinner and breakfast. Nice staff. Very happy they kept our luggage safe while we hiked.

Hmm, nothing comes to mind. A little pricey but was high season. On the other hand our meal was yummy, local fare and pretty reasonable.

Hotel Trenker is a quaint family owned and run hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location provided convenient access to Alta Via 1 Trailhead and a short walk to the stunning Lago di Braies. We enjoyed the local Tyrolean dinner; breakfast included many local items like homemade breads & jam. The setting was peaceful and bucolic. Wish we stayed longer!

The location is near to the Lake.

No Air Conditioning and the bed is not comfortable.

Lovely location with the lake within walking distance. Very clean and comfortable room with the added bonus of a balcony. We very much enjoyed dinner and breakfast in the dining room. Would definitely recommend.

Great starting point for Alta Via 1. The hotel is a little bit old school by its design & equipment, however still nice. Great wellness area. Food was excellent.

This hotel offers a personalized services. I received a folder with my name containing all hotel and local information. There was a brand new backpack and a couple of hiking/walking poles for clients to use. With the half pension a table is reserved with a hear shaped room number holder. Food was excellent with a varied choices in the menu. The chef was willing to accommodate my diet needs. My friend and I loved this hotel and the services.

Everything was perfect. It’s just that I had to leave one day earlier due to unforeseen circumstances.

The breakfast was superb! The staff members were friendly and helpful. The location was very pleasant once traffic ended. The pool are and saunas were fantastic; as were the outdoor sun terrace areas. A real top-notch hotel thinking of guests' needs in every way.

The only complaint I have at all is the hard nature of the mattresses. This is not uncommon for me in travels in Europe, but this mattress seemed even harder than most.

A beautiful hotel away from the crowds at Lago di Braies with a walking track to the lake. The meals were amazing and the staff absolutely delightful.The pool which overlooked the green outdoors was a treat and the basket with towels an added bonus.
