I was told there was WiFi, but the connection was so poor we could not use it. Wasn't a big problem however, at this gorgeous sight it is best to unplug

Location was everything. The hotel itself is outdated and needs an update. The beds were extremely worn and you had to sleep directly in the center. The hotel location and parking is what we went for. You only need 1 night there to experience the lake. I wouldn’t stay there more than that. If this hotel did an updated renovation it could really be great.

The sauna and location.

The front desk had horrible customer service, communication and there was no one to iron my suit or wife’s dress like it stated. I was waiting for them to ask us to clean our rooms when we left. There was no room service like it stated either. The WiFi doesn’t work.

We stayed for 4 nights and the location was fantastic. We love changing menu every night. The staff were very friendly. Will definitely come back again.

It’s classic, authentic and beautiful, located next to the amazing Lago di Braies Dinner was lovely and so tasty and I really liked the atmosphere

Pros: Proximity to the lake, view was amazing with room I selected. Parking either 10 euro outside of hotel or free if you choose the one that other tourists park at. Hotel dog was adorable. Dog friendly but with fee.

Fancy service but food was not that great. Receptionists are very rude. Customers who spent a lot at this type of hotel are deserving of at least friendly service from staff. The elderly receptionist are not friendly, not helpful and awkward to interact with.

This was truly one of the best if not the best places we have ever stayed. The hotel itself with the charm and tradition, along with the breath-taking views of the lake and mountains was second to none. We loved breakfast and dinner and especially loved our server Romeo who took extra care of us and made us feel so welcomed!

Absolutely nothing!

Pros: View towards the lake is beautiful. Hiking around the lake is also very pleasant.

Cons: Staff during check in and check out were too cold and not friendly at all. During the check out I was even questioned about the payment even though I paid online.Extremely priced for almost 0 things to do besides spending even more for a quick boat ride or have a quick bite which also cost way too much. Drinks are ok not as pricey as the food.

The properties location is amazing. Breakfast buffet was plentiful & had a great selection. Staff was professional & courteous.

The walls are pretty thin, unfortunately we had very loud people in the adjacent room. The beds were a bit hard.

Staff were very accommodating and attentive. The location was excellent and food was delicious.

The "Mountain View" room was more like parking lot view.

Exceptional location and wonderful view to the lake. Hotel’s area is isolated from tourists. Nice hiking paths around the lake. Very good food: breakfast, lunch and dinner (we had half board). Very helpful staff. One dinner was organized outside - very nice surprise.

“Museum” style rooms are not for everyone. Tall trees behind the hotel are blocking some view to the lake. WiFi/Internet is so bad that practically unusable.

Perfect and stunning location

Unfriendly welcome – no “hello,” no question about how the journey was, no “please” or “thank you.” Just: passports, keys, done.Breakfast was tasty, but dinner was rather disappointing

Got lake view beautiful, amazing place. Restaurant was surprisingly perfect!

Staff at check in time. Attitude was over the moon. You can feel tension between staff all over the hotel.

Beautiful location. The lake view from the balcony was amazing. Had taken half board, both dinner and breakfast was good. Since it's close to the lake, u can visit the lake when the crowd is less and click nice pics. I would love to go there again!! Staff were also good.
