The beds were a bit uncomfortable and the room was very hot (it's more meant for winter than summer visit), and it's too pricey

I thoroughly enjoyed the location, which provided stunning views and convenient access to local attractions. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, making me feel at home immediately. The restaurant surpassed my expectations with its delicious cuisine and attentive service. Moreover, the spa facilities were outstanding, offering a relaxing and rejuvenating experience that exceeded my expectations

You have to pay for jacuzzi at the spa and the sauna is only for nude people. Our menu didn’t have prices and the staff couldn’t tell the exact menu prices. Also the beer was 7€ which I think is expensive for a place like this.

Breakfasts and dinners were amazing, like in a good fine restaurant. I must say, the selection of honey, tea, coffee, jams, wine etc is fantastic. View from the room number and location is a great plus!

The owner Heidi just ruined all the experience for us. This was awful! I have such a bitter taste from her attitude and actions. Brief story: we spent our first night sleeping in jackets, socks and sweaters because it was extremely cold even it was warm outside. The next day we kindly asked to turn on the heating or change our room number, receptionist was nice, she said that she will speak to the management. Then Heidi, the owner of this hotel, comes to our room, without asking whether she can enter she just jumps in and run towards the heating radiator. I just came out of the shower and was half naked, barely holding my towel in shock, she looked as me because I was naked and said " You see, it's not cold here, you are naked". What?! Then she continued in German with my husband and I don't speak much German, she completely ignored my English but when I tried to say one sentence in German she sarcastically said "AHA SO YOU SPEAK GERMAN" like I was pretending not to speak german. It was such an awful situation. There was no solution proposed, she didn't listen to us but kept interrupting but in the end she said "I GIVE YOU BACK THE MONEY FOR THE SECOND NIGHT AND GO SLEEP IN THE FOREST". Me and my husband were too stunned to speak. We were cold and just asked to fix the heating but she kept trying to kick us out instead. We paid the money, everything outside was overbooked, so we couldn't go anywhere else and had to sleep in this cold and being humiliated with this rude and completely unnecessary behaviour. I felt really abused her running in to our room like it's her bathroom when I am naked, screaming, blaming, sarcastically talking to us and simply kicking us out of there. So all the pluses we had there just vanished. I felt harrassed and abused. SO IF YOU REALLY WANNA GO TO THIS HOTEL PLEASE THINK TWICE BECAUSE THEY CAN KICK YOU OUT IF YOU WILL BE COLD AT NIGHT AND TELL YOU TO SLEEP IN THE FOREST.

We loved this property. It was conveniently located near Lago di Braies. The room was so cozy and welcoming. The staff was very kind and helpful as well. We didn’t have a chance to use the wellness center but checked it out and it looked awesome. The breakfast was good, they even offered me a Gluten Free bun upon request. We would stay here again.

Amazing location 11 minutes from Lago di Brais. Comfortable rooms with a rustic feel, and a delicious breakfast included. They were accommodating of our dog and placed a crib in the room for our infant.

The staff were all very friendly and welcoming, the breakfast was great, with a good variety of bread types, fresh fruits, etc. We stayed for 5 nights and also had dinner in their restaurant 3 times: good food and pretty well priced. The room was very nice, we even had a small balcony. Parking is free, they have their own lot in front of the hotel.As to the beds: the mattresses were very good, but boy, did we struggle with the pillows! Way too big and fluffy, without offering real support (and also no alternative pillows in the closet). So if you plan on going: don't worry about the beds, they are really very comfy. But perhaps bring your own pillow ;-)

Perfect hotel on perfect location...Mr's Hana is so friendly everyone are so friendly the have always smile on their faces...The location is perfect...the food is amazing

This property is absolutely beautiful. The rooms are spacious and very nicely decorated The breakfast was amazing so many options to eat from fruit to cereal breads. The staff is very friendly, highly recommend it.

the only little thing we didn’t like was the spa area because we wished there was a whirlpool type of spa, but that’s our preference!
