Suite was spacious and comfortable, the half board is ABSOLUTELY worth it. Delicious gourmet 3 course meals every night and wonderful breakfast spread. Only about 15-20 mins from slopes. Wonderful staff as well. We had an amazing ski vacation.

The staff and the room were it great.Incredible view over the valley.Great spa!Parking available.The location isn't on the main road, but if you have a rented car, everything is perfect.

The day I left, someone scraped my car in the hotel parking lot. The attitude of the staff was absolutely tristic! First they told me that there were no cameras there, yet I saw them. So they finally allowed me to see the footage and didn't deal with it at all... So a big disappointment and do not recommend!

Everything was perfect. Food, service, room, staff. Really nothing to complain.

The location is high up the hill. Not a big deal but next time will look for something closer to the ski resorts. Not too bad from here either: 25 minutes by car to San Cassiano.

The place was nicely decorated and cozy, and the deck had a breathtaking view of the valley and the Dolomites. The dinners were great and affordable.

2 of the 3 people on staff do not speak English, which would be fine if you didn't rely on tourism to support your business. However, the black-haired lady who helped run the place had adequate English skills to communicate and was very nice and accommodating. The room and hotel floors had a lingering musty smell, and the room could've been cleaner. I chose the Panorama room, which did have an exceptional view as promised, but given the cost, it was tight – space could've been added to the room from the massive deck.

Friendly staff, very helpful. Breakfast and dinner were super delicious, excellent coffee. The room was comfortable and they cleaned the room every day. The property is pet friendly and they also allow for owners to bring their dog in the bar area. Highly recommend this property for a great vacation.

Great hotel, amazing hospitality from the family, always with a smile doing all efforts to support any request. The view of the mountains from the room and around is astonishing. Very clean room (cleaned every day).We would defintly come again and recommend to our friends

Old and tiny bathroom…for the same price you could have in the same area better value for the same money. I suggest to the property to evaluate a restructuring

We liked all aspects of our stay.We booked on a half board basis and the food was excellent, very filling, very fresh.We wish to especially say thank you to Nathan for being so friendly to us and being attentive.

Can’t come up with anything

We had a mountain view suite (with timber ceilings) which was very spacious. Highly recommend. Beds were dreamy, memory foam - extremely comfortable. All staff were very friendly although perhaps only the younger staff can speak English. The breakfast and dinner were extremely generous and good. Highly recommend adding these options. Car parking was good although we had an undercover reserved spot possibly due to the room we booked. A very pleasant stay.

We visited in the peak of summer and there was no air conditioning, but we slept with the doors open and it was fine. Couch was a little small but we spend most of the time relaxing on the huge comfortable beds anyway. No other cons to report.

our room was clean, bathroom modern, double bed comfortable. hotel accept dog for 8 EUR /night extra charge. hotel has good restaurant and bar, and as we wanted to bring our dog with us during the meals, we had to eat in bar area, so for breakfast we could take our food from buffet and than eat it across the hall in the bar area (it was actually nice and private). the breakfast buffet is great- the cakes are very good, lactose free and gluten free options available. the dinner is fantastic (10 EUR/person) 3 meal course - very good quality and tasty! Bravo chef! polite and friendly staff. the hotel has private parking. overall we liked it a lot, already decided to come back next year.

They charged us with one water and one aperol spritz extra, but I will consider this...our tips for themI didnt like it that the tv was in the wrong position in my opinion. I could not watch from bed to tv. A little bit problem with the parking
