- The base of the bedframe we had was slightly broken and the bed was overall squeaky - we did not find them particularly comfortable.
- If you are traveling with a pet and don't want to ruin your vacation, don't stay at this hotel. It is advertised as pet-friendly, but in reality, they did not let us relax. One intrusive staff member kept bothering us, preventing us from enjoying any of the common areas with our dog. I have never experienced such awful treatment at any hotel in the Dolomites. We ended up leaving because the staff simply wouldn't let us enjoy our stay. Even though we were alone on the terrace and in the gym with no other guests around.

complete blackout in the bedroom. heated pool. great sauna.half board with variety of choice.
Car parking always full. Average breakfast. No AC in the bedroom. All tv channels were in Italian or german.. No one was in English. Small blankets to the bed (it was necessary two for a couple bed). No amenities for the bathroom (only two soaps). No mini-bar.
Perfect location, sauna and pool area looking at the Dolomites. We had also a nice breakfast and dinner at the hotel Restaurant. Professional staff.

We didn’t choose the 4 course menu and we were left by ourselves in a separate dinning area but could hear the lively conversation or dinner happing right down the hall. Full of people who chose the 4 course menu. Had we known we’d be isolated we would have chosen other wise!
