Dinner was a gourmet meal. The staff were very friendly and attentive. There were several different communal areas to choose from for eating or gathering with friends. The bar offered top shelf items.

Wonderful view, nice and clean room. Really good food and plenty of it! Clean and calm saunas in the annex building. The staff was lovely, everyone was nice and helpful. Transfer from and to the train station was included.

The leisure program, not every hotel does that, every nicht and also during the days several activities were purposed, like gala night like bingo night, and during the day also a snow walk tour with snowshoes! Lovely, thanks to the amazing Walter!

The pool could have had a couple of degrees more. A sauna could be open sooner than 14;30, in particular during bad weather days! Another point we have had a double bed with two single mattress, the hole in the middle, terrible!

We liked absolutely everything in the hotel. The half board was an excellent choice, great breakfast and a dinner we have not experienced anywhere else before. Great variety of really delicious food put together by the chefs, served by an extremely friendly staff making all your wishes come true. We have used the hotel owned ski bus to get to the ski resort in the morning and back in the afternoon. It brings you from the ski room of the hotel directly to the Kalcheralm lift. After the whole day skiing the sauna was great to relax for the adults before the dinner, while the kids could play in the swimming pool or cards in the lobby. The double room in the main house was very clean and big enough for 4 person.

Amazing views in the area. The breakfast is decent. The rooms are mostly comfortable. Its a really nice drive, especially if you go over the mountain. It has nice amenities.

There is no air conditioning, so it gets a bit warm.

The facilities were amazing especially with half board.

One of the people I was with had allergies and couldn't eat meat so some meals unfortunately they missed out on. One staff member was not professional chewing gum while talking to us as she handed us our food and didn't look very happy to be working.

Sauna already closes at 7p.m. Not convenient if you plan to relax after a day of hiking and dinner.

Wonderful location, very close to the ski lift, close to a nice town, which has also hospital (just in case..). Staff were extremely friendly, they were able to arrange something fun every night, plenty of food at the restaurant and everyone seemed to appreciate both food and entertainment. They accepted dogs, which was fundamental in our case. Will try this place also during the summer!

Our room was located above the restaurant and it was a little noisy, no chance of an early evening. But the music stopped at 11 sharp every night.

The location was perfect! The view breathtaking! The calmness is unmatched. You could really relax and enjoy the fresh air, the food and everything the hotel has to offer.

A minibar is a must in a hotel room as we didn’t have anything to drink.

Excellent heated swimming pool, outdoor with view of mountains. Great cuisin, excellent food, very rich dinner.

The sauna opened till 7PM only, this should be exceeded till 20 PM at least

The breakfast is AMAZING!The swimming pool is beutiful and with a connection between the inside and the outside and is quite big - very impressive.The views are obviously lovely and location is unique.The dinner was nice and tastey as wellThe rooms are very big although we had the ones with the roof drop which we bannged our had into a couple of times :).It was clean as well.

Some minor issues like a very slow internet connection, some amenities were missing (e.g. shampoo) and a small tear in a sheet.The beds are soft but comfy.

The breakfast was good, the location is stunning and the staff were friendly. Although I arrived late (after check-in had closed), the staff were very welcoming and friendly.

A hotel with a beautiful view, several saunas, a pool, tennis court and nearby hiking trails.

The mountain street through the Jaufen pass is beloved by the motorcyclists and you can hear them passing by the hotel.

Fantastic location, sourranded by beautiful mountains. We enjoyed very much the pool and spa with the amazing views.Food was very good and the staff very professional.Our room was quite big and we also had a double shower!

Great place, located in the mountains, I would want a room with a view against the valley the next time. Halfboard was great and good possibilities for the kidt to play, swim, ride and so on.We would like to comeback if we find ourselfes in the northern part of italy.

we had a very nice stay, the facilities were really good with a great swimming pool, the horse riding lessons next door and the playground for the kids.The food was also very good, breakfast and dinner.The location of the hotel is nice too, very close to Vipiteno, the room was comfy and the view from our room balcony was beautiful.

Unfortunately it was difficult to receive good detailed information at the hotel desk about activities to do, we had to find out by ourselves.Another little negative point is the playground that was not maintained very well, at the time of our stay the slide was broken, let's hope it gets fixed soon!The indoor children corner was also not the cleanest, and it would have been nice if the staff would have told us straight away that we could eat next to it, we had to find out ourselves towards the end of our stay, and with small children it would have eased our dinner experience if we had known sooner...
