Pros +
- Friendly staff! The more basic room that we booked was still so beautiful and lovely! I enjoyed the location set a bit into a quieter peaceful place a bit out of town.
- From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with exceptional warmth and friendliness from the hotel staff – everyone went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and well taken care of. It’s rare to experience such genuine hospitality, and it really set the tone for a relaxing stay. One of the highlights was the four-course dinner offered each evening – with a selection of dishes to choose from, it felt like fine dining every night. Each course was thoughtfully prepared and beautifully presented. The breakfast was equally impressive – fresh, generous, and absolutely delicious, with something for every taste. The indoor swimming pool was spotless and very well maintained – perfect for a refreshing dip after a day of hiking. On a rainy afternoon, we spent a few hours in the spa area, which was exactly what we needed to unwind. The ambiance was calm and cozy – ideal for recharging. Our room had a terrace with a breathtaking view directly overlooking the chairlift. We can’t recommend this place enough – whether you’re visiting for the skiing, hiking, or simply to relax, this hotel checks all the boxes.
- The bed was very comfortable. The pool area was excellent too. The rooms are a little 1980 but very clean and comfirtable. We had very nice view from the window and the lication was greate. A car is nessesary, but it is the case in Dolemites in general not only for this hotel. The breakfast was oke, we had better but we also had worst. We ate dinner at the hotel once but there was not much choice and it was so so, so we went other places on other days. There is one good restaurant close up the hill in another hotel ( same side of the street as this one about 10 min walk) that we can recommend and one across the street that is greate and has a lovely view but that one is most of the days closed at 17 ( order food till 15:45) so we could only get drinks there and sadly missed the window to eat every day;) Staff was very kind and helpfull.
Cons -
- Nothing we really did not like
- If you want to go to the spa, you need to have a cap. It was not mentioned while booking. Also some fruits at the brekfast table were bit rotten :(
- The noisy street by the hotel - a lot of cars.Quite short beds.

Perfect location for skiing. Good food for breakfast and dinner. Friendly staff. Excellent view of the mountains and the slopes near the hotel
Clean rooms, very friendly staff. Spa available. Worth the Price. Food for dinner was very delicous.

A great place to spend a weekend in the mountains. Delicious breakfast, comfortable rooms, perfectly clean and quiet! Availability of free parking.
Good food and nice hotel staff. Good location.
We appreciate the possibility to use wellness and swimming pool. Beautiful surroundings.Nice view on mountains from terrace.Safe boxes and fridge in the room. We liked friendly staff. The hotel provide flexible transfer from bus to hotel.
The noisy street by the hotel - a lot of cars.Quite short beds.
Very nice location, perfect breakfast, nice staff. We stayed there for a whole week, a lot of nice hiking places in the surrounding. We also tried a dinner, it was delicious but too big for us (salad, warm appetizer, main course and dessert).
Good
The staff at the reception was quite unfriendly. The day we arrived we didn’t felt welcome as in other stays across Dolomites. Maybe it was the fact that the hotel was closing on the 17th of September and the staff at the reception didnt’t feel the need to be friendly and polite to the guests. There were three saunaus in the spa each day they turned on different one but two were not working. On friday when more people stayed at the hotel they turned on all 3. For a hotel that respresents themseleves on such a high standard on booking i would expect more thoughtful and welcoming performance. On saturday, when the sellaronda bike day was performing they didn’t let us know in advance that the passo Compolungo was closed and you couldn’t get anywhere with the car so we were kinda stuck. There was completely other story in the restaurant the staff was very nice there and welcoming.
Breakfast was very good.Nice wellness and swimmingpool rooms.Parking in garage.
The location of the hotel is very good if you have a car. Indoor parking is free in the summer. The pool is 24/7 and very pleasant.
Some of the staff were unpleasant. The food was not very good and overpriced. The Wi-Fi was slow.
Had to leave early following morning, staff gave me breakfast to take with me, Excellent security for my motorcycle in underground garage.
Nothing that bothered me, nowhere is perfect.
Friendly staff, nicely furnished room and common areas, good breakfast…
Sometimes I dream about the donuts I had for breakfast
The valley this hotel is in sits at 6000 feet or 2000 meters. All of the other places we visited were lower in elevation. For reference cortina and ortisei are 4000 feet or 1330 meters
The most friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are clean and stylish. Pool was lovely to relax in after a long day. Can’t fault anything.
clean. staff always helpful and attentive. great location, comfortable beds, noise insulated rooms
just a suggestion: it would be great to have also some local dish option on the half board menu
The standard (basic) room are quite small and old, make sure you pay a little bit more for comfort and modern rooms.
I think that coffee machine remembers old days, today - na even in Italy - I would expect machine for beans :)
Kind and helpful staff. Great Spa/wellness area and pool, also located close to the ski lift. Room is good/clean.
Be sure to bring head cap for spa facilities. 3€ per cap at the frontdesk. Breakfast has lots of unhealthy options could be more balanced healthy (none carb, no sugar).
Where do we start.. It was beyond amazing from start to finish. The quality of our stay greatly exceeded the price we paid for the room. The staff were very kind, professional and helpful, especially the waiters. A tasty four-course dinner was something we didn't expect, the breakfast was also good, a lot of choice. Wellness was probably the biggest surprise for us, it is big, clean, has great and calm ambient.
