Great location, friendly staff, and comfortable room.

Steam heat shuts off overnight (but that seems typical for Italy). Breakfast selection is basic which would become repetitive over a week. Cost a bit high but typical for region.

The hospitality and location is good.

I would say the breakfast can be improved. The variety is not much, and if staying for multiple days, eating the same bread and ham can get boring.

Close to the slopes, great view, all the facilities in order, clean , restaurants and pubs around , nice people working all the time and really affordable prices!

ROOM HAD A THIRD BED WHICH MADE IT FEEL VERY SMALL. BEDROOM AND BATHROOM VERY DATED. Beds not very comfortable. TINY SHOWER CUBICLE. No glasses in the room, had to ask staff.Owner of the hotel had a very unfriendly dog.

Great place for a short stay- Location, right in the center of Arabba. Many restaurants within walking distance- parking available- Family run, and friendly owners- Pet friendly, and they gave us bowls and a little mattress for our dog- Great view from the balcony of the Sella massif

- The breakfast isn't exactly a "buffet", as each table gets a bread-basket and a plate with cheese and meat. At the same time, there is no problem asking for more

Nice location, kind staff, good breakfast, very dog friendy - we have prepared even dog bowls, blanket and treats.

Older equipment, small shower and sometimes you had to wait longer for warm water.

Great location allong the Sella Ronda. Great value for money with breakfast included. Bed was surprisingly good, fridge in the room is nice plus. Perfect stay to discover the area by bike.

Excellent location to cycle or hike around Sella ronda. Basic but nice breakfast, nice room with balcony. Free parkplace and storage for bicycles is plus. Nice restaurants and grocery store just around the corner.

Perfect place for the Dolomity motorcycletour. Good location, parking in the yard. Breakfast ok. Comfortable, bright room.

Excellent location for virtually everything outdoor! Awesome views from the balcony (facing the Sella). Very attentive staff, almost familiar! They went out of their way to make your stay unforgettable!

Excellent location, very clean. Good breakfast. Free, big parking. It's a very good choice for active stay.

A bit old and small bathroom. There's a stream just by the building which is quite loud. I didn't care and get used to it immediately but for someone it might be annoying, especially with windows open (if closed it's barely heard).

Amazing amazing stay here. I am a young, female solo traveller and so i get a little precarious about places sometimes but this was one of the best accommodations i have ever stayed in. The lady who owns the place is a sweetheart and so accommodating and kind, and had the most amazing breakfast (which is included in the price of the room which is unbelievable value). You can hike straight out the door so the location is also excellent i ate pizza every night and the restaurant just around the corner for 6 euros. I will be coming back here next time i am in the dolomites. With a car, it doesn’t get more central than this. You can go anywhere in under 30 minuetes which is amazing. Plus the views out my window were breathtaking. The whole town is lovely i highly recommend that you book this. I can’t imagine i gets better than this.

Nothing it was just right, in every way.

Everything was perfect, we went for a mountaineering trip and every day left as early as 5am and the kind lady prepared our breakfast every day for us

A good location in the centre of town, with many good restaurants within walking distance

The hotel is very dated. The bathroom and shower, in particular, was very small. Our room was right next to the river, which was very noisy, so we had to sleep with all the windows closed. The staff were miserable, and breakfast was not very good.

Great location, close to all major “must do” hikes and spot. 1.5 hours to Tre Cime, Seceda. 20 minutes to Passo Pordoi.

I gets hot, no A/C. But, it cools down ok in the evening.

Comfortable rooms for a single traveler. 7min walk to a few different lifts/gondolas.
