    Pros +

    • I loved the location, the staff, the buffet, the ski locker room, and the spa
    • I liked everything, very good value for money - the staff is very friendly, breakfast and facilities were great with an amazing external spa to relax under the stars. I think I'll go back in spring/summer!
    • Charming alpine hotel run by a local family. The facilities and rooms were very comfortable and spacious, and breakfast was good. Location-wise, even if not immediately close to main Dolomite highlights, it's a strategic spot in the middle between Ortisei and Cortina.

    Cons -

    • The only thing to improve would be the variety of the dinner menu at the restaurant - food was very good but there weren't that many options.
    • It was rather stressful arriving after a long day to the hotel and finding no parking spots out front of the hotel. Positive side is that it was free.
    • As Americans we don’t really do the stay and eat packages as that’s not an option in the US so we were a bit limited with other restaurants in the area. I’d recommend doing the stay and eat packages as the dinners we had at the hotel were very nice.

Lovely room with door that led outside for our dog. Jacuzzi was very nice. Food was excellent.

Absolutely everything was perfect! The professional friendly service, the excellent food, the wonderful massages, the spa, the hot tub, the view of the mountains, and the proximity to wonderful hiking paths and gondolas to get to higher elevations for spectacular views. So many people were helpful and friendly: Giacomo, Noami, Rita, Doa, Paolo, and Iera. I wish I knew all the names of everyone else who made our stay so great, but I do not. Thank you again for such a wonderful week. Hope to see you next year!

    Everything was perfect!

Breakfast was amazing, beautiful atmosphere, very welcoming and positive staff. Location was calm and quiet and close to other villages. It was perfect for my taste.

    I liked everything.

Everything, it is immaculate. The food. Even the table linens were beautiful. The massage was incredible and so is the property.

Clean, friendly helpful staff. Exceptional breakfast. Close to many hiking trails that are accessible for all levels of hikers.

If you're driving from Bolzano, it is a bit of a drive.

Not for us to much noise dogs barking all the timeand lot of hallway noise. Bad choice

To start of with the door would not open and the door handle just spond around and around. They did seem to care and there were no dead bolt locks.. the door was finally opened with key after the manager came with keys. The young man who was working the front desk seemed to be unable to handle any thing without calling his dad who was the manager. they did not furnish extra towels and you had to pay for cleaning of which we never saw and had to go the front to get towels

The stuff was amazing , very kind, and supportive. Yoreta, the girl in the desk, was very nice, kind, and trying to help in any issue beyond the usual. The room is very nice, big and clean. The view is like a postcard. The breakfast is good. Underground locked parking.

The only thing needs time improve is the WiFi is slow

Fantastic hotel in the center of the Dolomites. The room was comfortable and spacious. We had a beautiful view of the meadow near us. Parking was very easy too. Our dog was well accommodated with his own bed and water bowl. We enjoyed the spa and jacuzzi which was included with our reservation.

the food was amazing, the location was amazing for ski in ski out.

Didn't like walking each day to eat breakfast and dinner in our hotel. We had the half board, so we pretty much wanted to eat what we had paid for.

    10MatheusPosted on: 3-14-2025

Excellent room, food, staff, wellness facilities, location, cleaning and vibe. We will definitely be back in our next ski trip to the dolomites.

    10JenniferPosted on: 3-3-2025

The staff was very friendly and the food exceeded all expectations.

The apartments in the annex are very simple for the cost value, but to have the amenities of the hotel was a huge bonus
