Excellent value for money. Clean and New rooms. Nice food. Amazing new wellness area. Great stuff

Breakfast was OK. They ran out of a lot of items and did not restock the buffet. Overall, the food (breakfast & dinner) was OK. We stayed in another hotel just down the road last year (around the same price), and their breakfast and dinner buffets were a lot better. I think they could improve their buffets.

They really need to fix their wifi. There is very poor cell service in and around the hotel. So they need to invest in extending their wifi across the whole property.

A great spot at a fair price with super friendly and attentive staff and a cozy new wellness area. Direct ski slope connection. Delicious, local food.

The bathroom was a bit tiny for two and the walls were quite wafer-thin.

Amazing place! Do not get fooled by its look from outside. They are trying to renew it. This place has nice and clean spa&wellness. Awesome saunas (the hay one was amazing). And the staff of this hotel was really great. We visited for a few days just right after our wedding and they all were so kind we even got special gifts at our hotel room. And the main waiter (a guy) was incredibly nice. He chatted with us every evening, the service was perfect! Thank you for making our stay very pleasant :)

Just one small thing and it was same food to choose from every morning for breakfast.

The location is quiet and gorgeous. The hotel inside looks cute. Loved the new wellness center with pool and sauna (free access). Our room also had a balcony. The staff from the restaurant was also very friendly!

Double bed is not a single mattress and was not comfy for two. The bathroom was not well cleaned. Rooms look a bit old.It is really sad that you cannot eat your own food on the hotel's terrace or anywhere inside it. No fridge in the room.

The new wellness centre is lovely!!

No fault of the hotel, but we had to wait to use the “aqua moon” (tropical experience showers) at times because some people were using it as their own personal showers with shampoo and body wash etc! would appreciate the hotel staff advising guests to use the many lovely showers provided for personal washing instead.

Really helpful staff who tried to explain some of the hikes around the area. Really appreciated that. Rooms were clean and cosy. Good breakfast and location is good with parking and is easy to get to anywhere nearby

Comfortable, cozy and vibrant mid size family hotel on a beautiful location at the Campolongo pass. Room was big enough and a nice renovated bath room. Personnel treats you really as guests (in the breakfast room and bar/pizzeria especially).

The hotel is slightly outdated and could use some upgrades. At the same time, that is also part of the charm.

Staff was helpful and friendly. The location was perfectly for hiking. Nice that you could enjoy the wellness area in the afternoon. Food was good variety and delicious (half pension)

I choose this place to stay for the Dolomites bike day and it was a very convenient place to stay. The hotel was along the route so after the beautiful cycling trip in the Dolomites and completing the last pass I could relax in the hotel.

It was nice to have the option to go to the sauna between 17.00-19.00, but the wellness center was little ( Turkish bath and Infrared sauna were out of order) so it became for me too crowded when 4 other guests arrived.
