    Pros +

    • The size of the apartment, nice breakfast, garage for the bicycles, great staff, top level cleanliness..
    • The meal is terrific. I can see the mountain view from my breakfast/dinner table. I can see the mountain view from the balcony of my room.
    • great staff, nice central location and great hikes in the area

    Cons -

    • Limited parking space.
    • Beds need more pillows for evening reading. There is a bar on the first floor. The sounds and cigarette smoke drifts into the open hotel room windows. Thankfully they were able to move us to a quieter location.
    • It was necessary to book the swimming pool (and other gym activities). Often, when skiing you don’t know whether you’ll want to swim at the end of the day, so booking can be a problem.

We liked location, very good meals during breakfasts and amazing dinners. There was also good wellness, nice bar and friendly staff who helped with everything. Also there was pretty new bathroom.

We didn't like the room because it looked pretty simple like in the cheap hostel. The bed with mattress was uncomfortable. The bed construction was from iron like in the hospital and we were not able to sleep properly within 5 nights. Considering we came for skiing there was no kettle to make a tea and there was also no fridge. Also WIFI in the room was not usable.

Location was good, parking was excellent for my low car. The manager was very friendly and helpful, as were all the staff. We didn't realise we had dinner included in our booking so we ate at the pizzeria next door which was really good, and good value. The bar in the hotel was lively in the evening but we could not hear any noise from our room. Breakfast was good, a wide range of food and again super helpful staff. Our room was a decent size, had a balcony overlooking the town and the beds were perfectly comfortable. Overall I think it's a good choice for a hotel in Arabba, it's certainly good value. We visited in summer so I can't comment on skiing facilities etc.

Bathroom felt a little bit dated but that's just a personal opinion. Everything was very clean and worked perfectly fine.

Excellent location near to hikes and the ski lifts to get to other hikes. Didn’t have to drive at all to see amazing views

The location is very well placed and you can get to different locations in less that 30 minutes with the car. The room was very clean, and they clean and change the towels every day. The food was exceptional. For the breakfast they have a diversity of food, so you can chose what we like, and for the dinner I was really surprised because we ate traditional food, unfamiliar to us (not just pasta and pizza) and it was really good.

The location is very convenient. Right next to two lifts and many trails for hiking. The hotel itself is not new, but the rooms are neat and comfortable. The highest compliments to the hotel restaurant! The food is simply perfect, a large selection, different dishes every day, the staff is pleasant and helpful. Highly recommended!

Excellent location, large communal areas, large pleasant dining room, well equipped rooms. Excellent breakfast

Evening meal good be of higher standard.

Breakfast was good and the location close to the Burz ski lift. You could ski back to the rear of the hotel

enclosed booth seating arrangements at our dining tables made it difficult for buffet breakfast and for waitress/ waiter access to serve and collect dishes.

Breakfast was incredible, I think the hotel literally catered for everybody. We were offered just about everything you could think of and more. Wonderfully fresh and well thought out.

A really great addition would be tea and coffee and a kettle in the room. It’s nice to relax in your room with a cup of tea or coffee whenever you want and not have to go out anywhere to find one.

Good location, great spa, nice staff and good food.

The hotel is quite old and a little outdated I hope they will renovate the hotel and make it more appealing and modern, because the location is perfect.

    8RichardPosted on: 9-28-2023

Good location, comfortable, good nights sleep, half board meal package very good, excellent service from all staff

In Arabba there was not much to do in the evening

    8DavidPosted on: 9-5-2023

The location is great for walking, cycling, via ferrata, etc. the staff are warm and friendly.

Dogs are allowed in rooms - we had dogs as neighbours, the owners couldn’t control them and so there was loud barking at various times.

    5ElviraPosted on: 8-31-2023

Very nice location, in the center of Arabba. SPA facilities enjoyable - although small area and you need to book in advance, the personnel is very helpful and the entire experience (sauna and swimming) was very nice. Reception and bar personnel very nice and helpful.Underground parking was recommended by the reception personnel and was very helpful as we were traveling by motorcycle.

We asked for a quiet room but we soon find out that in the entire hotel there are no rooms where you can't hear the neighbors (and the neighborhoods' dogs) through the ceiling or the walls (although we had different neighbors in the 7 nights spent in the hotel, the noise was constant and we could hear every night kids crying, dogs barking, people arguing, steps on the floor in the room upstairs...). Limited variety of food at breakfast or diner. Breakfast is till 9:30 but at even before 9:00 you can "enjoy" only some remains and have a look at the empty trays. Dinner, apart from the buffet, can be order only at the "head waiter" who is "picking his clients" preferentially (if he doesn't like your face/accent.... you can wait till he runs out of choices of "nice faces"). After few days we were advised by the other waiters to come early for dinner and to decide fast on our choice from the daily dinner menu, so we could ask the "signore" right away and, the most important, never say that you are not yet ready to order (as, for sure, he will never come back to take you order - which we experienced). What was even more impressive was how , one morning, he was very unprofessionally scolding the waiters, very rude and loud, while clients were trying to have breakfast.

A really nice, well run, family hotel. Plenty of choices for food and a good value wine list.
