Cons -
- AC was missing and we wouldn’t expect something like that during summer in Italy. We missed that line from Booking description. During the day, the temperature in the hotel room was a bit high, but during night it was better.
- Lack of space for suitcase and lack of shelf space for toiletries in bathroom
- The water in toilet is too slow
Friendly staff, nice view from the restaurant, comfortable bed, balcony.

Good parking, and a good restaurant inside the hotel. Close to supermarket
The room was quite large, but it wasn't the cleanest. We found stains on the sheet, bug in the bathroom, hairs, etc. The location is pretty remote, nothing to do nearby besides eating at the hotel's restaurant. The bed was not comfortable.
location good for stopover. Great restaurant. helpful and friendly staff. Good free parking. breakfast was not the best but adequate.
overall this is a great hotel
We had a one-night stay only. Everything was good and we appreciated the on-site restaurant. The rooms were soundproofed, so the road traffic wasn't a problem.
Room was well-equipped and cleaned nice every day. Room had a beautifil view to mountains is people choose this kind of room. Nearby Restaurant is very excellent, very creative food. Service was excellent for both hotel and restaurant. Hotel is in the middle of Cadore Valley. Supermarket is closeby. Neighbourhood is very nice and calm. You can rent a bike nearby and lots of restaurants are there.
Wihout air-conditioning, the room can be hot during summer.
We enjoyed the breakfast, which offered a wide variety of options. Although we had to get used to boiling our own eggs, it was easy enough to do and is something you often find in many Italian hotels. We also appreciated the view from our room. The small fridge and Smart TV were nice touches as well. The hotel offers free parking right next to the building, which is very convenient. A major plus is the on-site restaurant, which was excellent—we ended up having dinner there every evening.
The hotel has been renovated, but you can still see traces of its old style in the rooms from before the renovation. I suppose it's a matter of personal preference, but I wouldn't use those old red bed sheets anymore—they look very outdated. At first, it felt like we had booked a hotel that was more suited for a one-night transit stay. However, as time went on, we got used to it.Our room was located next to the stairs, making it quite noisy. We could hear kids running and screaming downstairs, as well as the sound of dishes being loaded into the dishwasher. While it didn’t bother us much, it became rather disruptive when we had to go to bed early to wake up very early the next day. The staff were friendly, though their English wasn’t always very strong. When I asked for advice on visiting the Drei Zinnen, they weren’t particularly helpful regarding specific viewpoints and areas to visit. For anyone planning to go there, the Drei Zinnen and Misurina viewpoint are definitely worth seeing and can be covered in a day. However, it’s about an hour’s drive, and you should leave around 5 AM to secure a parking spot; otherwise, the gate may be closed due to full parking.
Hotel has enough space in the parking lot. Selection for breakfast was wide and I especially appreciate offer of local products during the breakfast,or in the restaurant during lunch time and dinner.
If possible,I recommend to include also warm meals for the breakfast (e.g.sausages, scrambled eggs,etc.).
Clean room, daily cleaning service of the room.Friendly staff. There is a nearby grocery store.
Would have been great to have the chance for a take away coffee, especially since we left early for our hikes. This isnt possible as they dont have take away cups.
Decent rooms, nice restaurant, friendy.staff
No elevator, poor water pressure in the shower, kitchen smell in the room
location wa near to Cortina, I stayed here during the Lavaredo event, cuisine was really good.
my room was on "road" side so it was little bit noisy so I had to sleep with closed windows.
Great and cosy hotel on the way to Cortina d' Ampezzo. Room was clean, very kind personal, breakfast was good, enough of everything, great coffee ?
Best place to be! Incredible landscapes, cozy and nice rooms, very clean, tasty traditional food made from local products, incredibly welcoming and friendly hosts (the restaurant is the best in the area)! Vi salutiamo de la Romania??!
The place is amazing. It’s more than you can expect from a 3 star hotel, view is exceptionnel, the restaurant is the best around, easy access to all the main mountain peaks in the Dolomites and the staff.. well the people who work there are just different. Kinf, helpfull, always smiling. Worth any penny and when we will go back we will defo choose to stay here again if rooms available.
Breakfast was very good but it could use more diversity, as it is the same everyday, I would have liked to see more fruits, some porridge maybe, otherwise very tasty and the view exceptionnel but more diversity needed.
Pizzeria at the hotel makes amazing pizza also other food items for dinner were amazing and breakfast in morning was hearty with a grand view of mountains.
Room was bit small but ok for the price.
This hotel is the worst I have stayed in so many! I chose to pay at the store, but did not receive payment due to staff negligence. After leaving the store the next day, I asked for my credit card and expiration date! I said I would communicate with Booking to find a reasonable payment method, but they didn't listen! Then he bombarded me with Italian language every day. When I was on my vacation, Booking finally told me to charge my credit card. He still didn't believe me! Still questioning why I paid with Booking! What a rubbish hotel! Bad luck!

Very tasty food and beautiful landscape. The staff is very kindly and helpful
Good breakfast, big parking
The hotel is located right next to the road, our windows overlooked a busy noisy street. Acceptable for a one night stay.
Nice room, very pleasant staff, delicious food!
