The staff. The location in itself is absolutely stunning and beautiful, but it’s nothing without the warm embrace of the staff that welcomes you with open arms, a gratifying smile and an amazing experience. Every single member is super friendly and accommodating. I can’t give them enough praise truthfully.

The hotel is well located in peaceful surroundings, very easy to find with free private parking or public parking on the street in front. Even though thet we arrived quite late girl on the reception was very nice and helpful and check in was fast and easy. Double room was spacious with extra big and comfortable bed. From the apartment we had access to two terraces, one smaller, private terrace with chairs where you can enjoy in the peaceful and magnificent view on the mountains and to the second, larger one that is shared with other apartments, which is equipped with wooden deckchairs and also has a beautiful view. We were there in winter, but we didn't even feel the cold in our room because the heating in the whole apartment was excellent. Bathroom is big and well equipped.Delicious breakfast was included in our stay, with large selection of food to choose. In front of the hotel there are places where you can sit and drink a drink from the hotel bar, eat when the weather is nice and enjoy the view.In one sentence: Great place to stay if you are visiting this part of the Dolomite.

Amazing views from our balcony.Our room was very spacious and also extremely clean.Large bathroom with plenty of hot water for showers.Very large lovely and comfortable bed.We went for dinner at the restaurant in the Lodge, the food was tasty.Breakfast was included in our stay, large selection to choose from, including scrambled eggs and bacon.Very much appreciated by us both.The Staff were friendly and helpful.

Very nice location, you can travel by car to Cortina d'Ampezzo and to the trails around. The restaurant serves very good food and the people are welcoming to their visitors.

In our room you could hear a lot of the noise coming from the room above. We may have been unfortunate to have neighbours waking up at 3 am every morning, but we heard them every night.

Maybe only the fact you don't have instant coffee in the room and if you wake up really early you have to wait until the bar's open :)

We booked the maisonette, it's spacious. Breakfast adequate. The location is quiet and facing great view.

There's no air conditioning, the upper level of the maisonette feels hot.The room doesn't feel very clean, the desk/chairs are a bit sticky.

The curtains were very thin so the morning sunshine filled the room from 5:00 a.m. onwards. The place is right next to a bell tower of a church that rings every half an hour and on the hour it rings many yimes, so that also did not contribute to a restful night. Every time we showered the bathroom was filled with water. The restaurant is extremely overpriced, especially when you consider the ratio of the price/quality.It was our most expensive meal of the whole trip, and the quality of the food did not in any way justify the high price.

This is one of the best hotels I've stayed in, for such a great price! We were impressed with the size of our room, and the little touches like leaving a container of fresh raspberry flavored water for us. The bathroom was very modern, and we loved the food and breakfast buffet.

The staff is super kind and helpful. The room has everything you need and it has a good size. There are plenty of tasty options for breakfast. They also have lunch and dinner in the restaurant but it's more gourmet style

The pet rate is quite high 20 euros per night, although they give you a small welcome box and they were super welcoming to my dog which I really value, most of the places around are 10 to 15. It's more a Booking issue, but it would be great to see the total price while you are booking.

Everything was perfect - the hotel is located in a very lovely location and has some amazing views. The apartment was very bog and comfortable, staff was welcoming. And the breakfast was just amazing - so rich and tasty! We had a dinner at the restaurant which was lovely also.

The hotel view is amazing - it makes you want to stay longer. We enjoyed the convenient location for exploring hiking trails, the friendly and helpful staff, and the delicious and varied breakfast.

The only downside is other guests were loud until at least 12 pm and we could hear them pretty loudly.

The hotel is isolated, there's not much to do in that area, it's practically in the middle of a village

Very large rooms and space …theres a small kitchen and extra beds upstairs with balconies on both floors with amazing views. Great breakfast and free parking.

Its a pretty small quiet town , not much happening around in terms of restaurants bars coffee shops groceries not much choice but the hotel has a nice restaurant and bar so you don't really need to go anywhere else . Also its a little noisy on the hallways or shall i say i easily heard some conversations outside or on the hallways in the middle of the night. Everything is great though.
