Staff. All people were friendly, helpful and welcoming.Dinners were absolutely extraordinary - variety, presentation, quality, service - all truly fantastic!

There were some minor technical issues - all promptly resolved.

this hotel exceed our expectation. while we took a family room it was big enough for all our luggage. great shower - big with instant hot water.the wellness area is great for end of day relaxation. it is well maintained and clean.the highlight, for us, was the breakfast - huge selections of every thing- vegetables, bread, cakes, fruits -

i had to ask at the reception to heat the room.unfortunately, the bathroom heating didn't work.

It’s location to good hikes was exceptional. Sarah the front desk lady was wonderful and very helpful. All the staff were very pleasant. The breakfast were amazing.

Some rooms are with carpets, this is not mentioned in Booking. My wife has allergy problems with carpets, so we had to change the room.Also adding electric kettle to room equipment will be helpful.

Very good hotel for skiers. The ski lift is right opposite the hotel. The ski room is comfortable with heated boots. After skiing we warm up in the sauna and enjoy the pool with massage jets, everything for relaxation. The staff is wonderful and attentive. Breakfasts are traditional for this class of hotel, we had everything we needed, especially the delicious cappuccino before skiing! Dinner exceeded all expectations! Very tasty food, respect to the chef! We would gladly come again.

For me there was only one downside - the ski area is not very big, but the hotel has nothing to do with it.

Grt hotel in quiet location. Motorbike friendly . Car park at hotel. Good room with nice balcony and good views. Clean bathroom. Comfy bed. Friendly staff. We had half board option which was a good value option . Evening meal and breakfast were both very good. Good location to ride through the Dolomites.

Great location, centrally in the Dolomites. Wonderful hotel with super friendly staff everywhere. Great room, super clean and comfortable. Pool and sauna were very nice. Food in restaurant delicious and breakfast has a great selection. All in all a great stay.

Fantastic dinner, exclusively tasty. Very-very pleasant waiters. Many beautiful walking paths in the vicinity.

The staff was so kind and helpful. The food was great, also the spa and massage was amazing.The location is really nice near the slopes . We were there on a cycling vacation and was surprised how good the Civetta e bike rides are organized.Amazing.

The check in would have to be sooner. The 16h o’clock is a little bit late , so it was a day waisted because we were there on a cycling vacation and would needed a room to change .

Very good, and varied breakfast: sausages, cheeses, omelette and fried bacon, boiled eggs, delicious tarts, croissants, cakes, fresh fruits.The staff in the restaurant are very friendly; prompt service. Very clean evrywhere. Comfortable beds. The property also has an elevator, so it is easy to go up with luggage. If needed, there are supermarkets nearby (a car is needed). Dinner - with dishes of your choice, made with a lot of work. But, without being a complaint, I would suggest more classic dishes from the very tasty Italian cuisine or international cuisine, which I think would be appreciated by many people. And I think maybe a soup would be appreciated too, especially for those returning from skiing.

Hotel is in really good location for Civetta ski resort.Nice and clean,polite and helpfull staff.Hotel has little spa which is a bonus.

Breakfast could have a bit more choices. And separate shampoo would be nice instead of one bottle for shower gel and shampoo.

Great location, incredible and helfpul staff, spacious room, tasty breakfast. Great ski room with great access, big parking space, easy to find, vegan and vegetarian food available, cozy atmosphere.

Bathrooms need to be renovated, dinner was fun but very taste-specific - not for everyone.No coffee machine. Parking with no roof. Tables in the dining room are too close together.
