Hotel Antica Abbazia

The bathroom was fantastic - maybe an odd thing to note, but it was spacious and the walk in shower was great. We also loved the location right at the base of Monte Grappa with easy access to the two main cycling rights up. The hotel staff were also really accommodating to us as cyclists. They let us rinse off our bikes with their hose and had space for us to bring the bikes inside.

The location and room was very good. The food was excellent when it eventually arrived.

There were a lot of people at the restaurant and not enough staff. We went and got our own menus, it took ages to get a drink and order food. The order was taken incorrectly and one meal had to go back. However, the food was good. I would suggest being able to order with a QR code at busy times would really help.

Breakfast was simple but quite good. The hotel is a family run operation and everyone is very nice. The restaurant is very good. People come from around the area just to eat at their restaurant.

Really nothing needs improvement. This was our second time staying here and we would stay here again.

Good breakfast and we also had an excellent meal evening meal in the restaurant. Very comfortable room.

Lovely family run hotel overlooking mount Grappa. The staff and owners couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful.The room was well thought out, with 3 large opening windows, 2 overlooking Grappa, spotlessly clean and nicely furnished. Great Shower, with good sized towels.The restaurant is very big, very busy with lots of locals, always a good sign when it is the place to go for locals, good value, not fine dining, but that wasn’t a problem. Nice the entrance to hotel was quiet and away from busy restaurant and although only upstairs no problem with noise from restaurant.

Feel guilty for saying everything wasn’t perfect, because it really is a lovely place, but it would have been nice if there had been a residents bar or lounge as the whole downstairs is given over to restaurant, there is a bar there, but no real seating.Some muesli and seeds/nuts on breakfast buffet would have been nice

The hotel itself is very nice and really clean. We had a big room, above the restaurant that featured a bathroom with a huge walk in shower. The bed was also really big and very comfortable. The hotel staff were all nice and friendly.The location was great for us as we were there for paragliding, so if that's your reason to come, for sure I can recommend this place.

The main reason why we booked this hotel is that it has a restaurant on site. However, upon arrival we found out that the restaurant is only opening at 6.30pm on workdays and on weekends it closes between 2.30pm and 6.30pm. This seems to be a thing for the whole area, so it's more of a heads-up to future travellers rather than a critique to the hotel. The restaurant itself is great though and the food was awesome, but it does get very crowded in the evenings, so either be there early or make a reservation.The breakfast buffet could use a bit more variety.

Everything, staying in hotels 10 nights a month since 2018 for work, tried hundreds of hotels… this has been one of my top 3 stays….

Would have liked more healthy options for breakfast, such as oatmeal or good quality muesli.

Very clean, recently renovated with style. Suberb value for money. The restaurant was also exceptionally good and very popular! Location close to Monte Grappa , which was spot on to explore the mountain.

Strict check-out at 11:00 with no possibilities to delay..

This hotel was better than we could imagined. It had Queen comfortable beds, a very modern bathroom with a large rain shower with great water pressure & bidet. The hotel & restaurant staff were so nice & the food was excellent. We would definitely stay again. Highly recommend this place.

Nicely renovated old building with comfortable rooms and excellent restaurant and pizzeria serving many local products. walking and cycle routes literally around the corner. Very good price/quality ratio.

A great small hotel in the old building outside the town. Great design and restaurant.

Scarce breakfast

Nice well appointed room with lovely views over the hills. Exceptionally clean and excellent housekeeping service. staff all super friendly especially the waitress that served us every morning for breakfast , we were made to feel welcome and nothing was too much trouble. The restaurant is huge and very busy but service was fast and efficient the food excellent . the parking area is vast and secure and free.

We felt that there could be more space made available for residents to relax in , some of the limited garden furniture they had had holes in it and really needs replacing to come up to the standard of the rest of the hotel .

Great food, lovely position next to forest walks, immaculately clean, friendly staff.Loads of parking. Popular with locals. Fabulous beds and shower. Bluetooth in the bathroom mirror.

Barking dogs in houses across the field.. cant be helped!

Great place to stay, even for non-paragliders, though the private landing field next to the hotel is an extra bonus. The own restaurant is a fantastic treat on top, offering delicious Italian food, mostly visited by locals. As for a paraglider pilot... breakfast/shuttle pickup/flying/landing/dinner, all in one awesome place.

complete facility, diner was excellent, staff very polite, very good position in case you like to visit different places during the stay;

rooms to be bigger; more lights in the rooms; some more facilities will be useful...gym, swimming pool...

Breakfast was good and room cleaning was excellent!
