Hotel Du Lac - Relax Attitude Hotel

I traveled with children and I ask to the two rooms next to each other at least in the same level the hotel couldn’t acc

The WI FI didn’t work at all in one of the rooms

A beautiful hotel, in a beautiful neighborhood by the lake and direct access to the shores. Very affordable and nice dinner. Breakfast was also very good.

Incredible lakeside placement. Very relaxing, plenty of sunbeds. Hotel not too large so never felt overrun with people.

The restaurant has very average food for dinner.

It was very well maintained , clean , location excellent and rooms very comfortable with lovely balcony .

Aircon not usable as centrally controlled

The staff is doing everything possible to make you feel welcome. The hotel is located on the main road and has sufficient private parking (for no extra charge) for all hotel guests, which is not to be taken for granted in Garda. It is also right on the lake shore, with a private beach, and provides complimentary stuff which exceeded our expectations (although we didn't get a chance to use most of them because of our other plans): free bicycles, kayaks and SUP. The breakfast is served on the beachside and is very diverse and delicious, made with superb produce.

The weather ? it was quite windy during our stay. Not the hotel's fault! LOL

Everything was great - rooms are in good shape, location can't be better, there was space for parking and breakfast was excellent. Not to mention that the restaurant during dinner was decent and staff truly helpful.

This hotel is an absolute gem! Excellent location right in front of the lake. We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment- everything was new & modern. Not to mention the breathtaking views from the balconies! But the best part about our stay was the staff of the hotel, everyone was so sincere, kind, welcoming & helpful. Big big big thank you to Maria, Alessandro, Jeanne & everyone else for making our trip unforgettable♥️

Beautiful location close to the private spiaggia. Excellent breakfast, splendid view from the terrace restaurant and lovely staff.

Staff is super helpful and multilingual. Rooms looks new and super clean. Awesome international breakfast. Private beach at the lake with the restaurant attached is more than we could have asked for.

The hotel is very cozy and well-managed. The staff is friendly and helpful and the location just amazing.

good location, u can see the view of the lake and take a walk at lake directly. Staffs were friendly and helped a lot, it was also Family friendly, we had a little baby with us and got a baby bed. Malcesine is not far away from Hotel and a lot of good restaurants nearby. We are looking forward to next vacation there!!

Absolutely nothing

it’s on the lake with beautiful breakfast views courteous staff and clean and spacious rooms great views of lake Garda from the rooms as well also free parking in the hotel

you need to reserve a dinner table in advance or else eat around

The hotel was amazing. The food in the restaurant was lovely and the breakfast had lots of choice. The view from our room was just sensational. What a way to start your day. The staff aswell are amazing. So helpful and kind always smiling. The location is a little out of the way and there isnt much in the surrounding area but we loved that, so peaceful. There is a bust stop just up the road and you can get a day, 3day or week bus pass and to get you around the lake so it's perfect. If you just want to chill this is ideal location, glass of wine and the beautiful surroundings of lake and if you want to see the sites then catch a bus each day either way you will not be disappointed at all if you stay here. 1 day we will be back ????

great location. had everything you’d need in one spot but still easy to get to other areas. staff was superb and didn’t nickel/dime you.

beach is little rocks… but that’s essentially the same for every beach on the whole lake so not a bad thing.

Perfect location, wonderful terrace and garden near the lake, spacious room, comfortable beds, excellent amenities, very good breakfast. We also enjoyed the dinners at the hotel's restaurant.

Room's cleaning

This was a superb hotel in an excellent location. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast selection was excellent. The free use of the hotel bikes was an added bonus. No complaints whatsoever.

the view it’s amazing

the bed and the pillows are worst, you can’t sleep properly. the tv its old, almost everything its old for 4 stars. and they dont have room service.

The staff is very helpful and kind. Breakfast is delicious, the same every day. The location is perfect and the chairs on the shore are very comfortable. The room is spacious, clean and nice.

Our room was one of the corners and it was quite noisy. We could hear the traffic, at first we thought maybe we left the window open, but no. Especially the morning five o’clock garbage truck noise was very bothering.

Fantastic location with amazing views of the lake and surrounding mountains from our room and balcony. The staff was exceptionally kind and the facilities were spotlessly clean. We enjoyed breakfast sitting on the outdoor patio overlooking the lake and dinner was served upstairs with sunset views. Hotel is right on the lake front with lounge chairs, and beverage and food service. Bicycles were available for guest use and the pathways along the lake to other villages were paved and well groomed. Easy walk or ride to Malcesine. Such a delightful place stay to explore Lake Garda!

We loved everything about the hotel, there was not one thing that could be improved upon. Getting to the location is a little difficult with train and bus (2) transfers but well worth it!
