Hotel Luisa

Perfect if you like small family bussines. Very nice family owner. Close to the beach and lake promenade. Homemade cake at breakfast. Rooms are clean.

There is no elevator, so if you have very large luggages to carry to the second floor that might be a problem.

Perfect location, very close to the lake. You can easily park right in front of the hotel or there are other spots nearby for the guests. The staff was very helpful.

The bathroom is a bit tiny. The walls are thin, so you can hear everything. I recommend to have earplugs with you.

Great small hotel near the lake - literally 2 minutes walking. Small DeSpar nearby, cca 5 minutes walking (check closing time - it's tricky ;) Also very near to a bus stop from where you can go around the lake without having a car. Owner is very kind, breakfast is delicious. My room was very tiny but it's OK for 1 person. It was great to have a balcony. The TV was a nice plus too with chromecast.

No air conditioning, not the greatest during hot summer months. The cleaning lady did not speak a word neither in English, nor in German, and kept knocking on my door when I was in the room and tried to sleep - I asked her to come back a little bit later, and she said something about she won't be in the hotel at that time, but she was still there when I came back... I waited at the balcony on one of the days while she cleaned the room...

Location is good, very close to the beach. Room is clean.

Very loud during the dinner time because restaurant is just downstairs. Breakfast is the same everyday.

The hotel is in a lovely position nearby the lake, near the bus stops for getting around. The staff are fabulous, nothing is too much trouble. The restaurant serves very good food. Can't recomend highly enough, would definitely return.

Air conditioning would be a bonus.

I fully recommend this place! Perfect location near to the Lake Garda with stunning view. Very welcoming and helpful host. Freshly prepared food from local ingredients, delicious!

The hotel is simple and modest but you have every thing you need for your comfortable stay. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and the staff was amazing and helpfull, especially Christina. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. One of the morning, we have had an activity at early hours and the staff came earlier than usually to prepare for us the breakfast. The location is very convinient: 30 min drive to Riva Del Garda, 10 min drive to Malcessine, 1 hour to Simireone. Close to the beach - 100 meter. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Garda lake.

The ceiling fan was very noisy but was fixed.

Stains wasn't clear, the room easily get hot, only 4 official parking sites in front of the hotel, no electricity adapter in the room

Breakfast was amazing, we had a room with an amazing view of a lake. The host was exceptional and location was also perfect, even though there are only few restaurants, we enjoyed the quiet atmosphere. We also visited neighboring city, Malcesine, which is more lively. Overall our stay was amazing and we would recommend this hotel 100%.

The staff was extremely helpful and nice! Good breakfast in the restaurant, though we did not test it during dinners. The location is great and there was a free parking in front of the hotel. TV with Android TV, so no problem with in-room entertainment :)

I did not check it during my order, but room did not have any conditioner, so that was kind of surprise. But in this case we got what we paid for. there was a ceiling vent and it did the job. We took double-bed room, and i am not sure what are the other rooms.

Perfectly located in an area which is especially good for bikers. Amazing staff, very welcoming.

We had an amazing stay here! Christina, the host, made us feel at home and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. We absolutely loved the hotel and the restaurant.
