Hotel Eden

Great Lake view from the balcony and room is spacious and comfortable. The garden, the pool and the private beach are all excellent ! And love their half board menu !

The room is nice and recently renovated, the view is fantastic, the staff is very friendly and helpful, breakfast is good

The indoor swimming pool was a bit cold and water in jacuzzi was also not so warm (not enough to feel comfortable)

Everything about the hotel. Extremely polite staff in the hotel. Excellent breakfast. Beautifully decorated rooms. Modern bathroom.

Just a suggestion to have a receptionist a bit longer, though I understand it’s off season.

Great value for the money (we were visiting at the end of the season). The room was nice and clean, well equipped. Staff was very nice and friendly. Nice breakfast with a lot of gluten free stuff.

We forgot to ask for wi-fi upon check-in and then the reception was closed, so we had to do some extra work to get it, so it would be very helpful to have the information on the password also in the room - just a suggestion, not a critique. :)

The whereabouts of the hotel is magical, including the view from our room! The majority of the staff was also very kind and helpful.

The room was quite small. The chairs in the dining hall were very uncomfortable. No ventilation in the room. After the cleaning staff had done our room, we didn’t really understand whether the towels were new or just folded and put away.

Air conditioning isn't controlled from the room because of winter mode (it's october).Staff helped us by operating it for us on cooling mode from their control options.

Amazing view of the lake, we were there on a stormy day and even though we couldn’t go around hiking as planned, we enjoyed the hotel and its heated pool. Lovely staff, they were super helpful. Breakfast is abundant, lots of options and staff is there to assist with any special dietary requirements. Will return

Really nice hotel next to lake Garda. We were upraged to the room with a view to the lake. Room was nice and breakfast super. Also swimming pool and jacuzzi were nice.

The view from the terrace, service and breakfast are the biggest advantages. Definitely worth the price.

The swimming pool's best years are already behind it. Additional charges for pool towel in the amount of 10 euros. These are really minor details. The overall rating is very positive.

From the start of booking this accommodation, it was all perfect. The staff was really nice to us and helpful. They even upgraded our room and we got really nice room with a balcony and with view of Lake Garda. We really appreciate that and also the room was like they just renovated and very clean.

Parking places are a bit narrow for our liking but overall okay. During low season, most facilities in the hotel are closed (sauna, pool), but this is mentioned in the description. Also, the breakfast was nice, but don't expect an italian breakfast. It is more continental.

Hotel Eden is situated half way up the eastern shore of Lake Garda. Our room had a large balcony with a table , four chairs and two sun loungers .It is the perfect place to relax with a Campari Spritz and take in the amazing view across the lake to the cliffs and tiny villages on the far shore. The room was exceptional clean with a large comfortable bed , very good air conditioning ,bar fridge and TV .Bathroom was clean with a nice hot shower . We were greeted by Massino on the front desk when we arrived and by Heike in the morning when we came down for breakfast, both were amazing and very welcoming. as where Michael and assi in the restaurant .

Nothing . It was one of the most relaxing two days I have spent since arriving in Europe 6 weeks prior. I would hate to drive up the lake shore road during the middle of the summer ,but lucky for me I didnt have to.

We really appreciated the view from our room and also the drapes that blocked the day light on our windows perfectly! This is what sleep-deprived travellers need! Also the staff was really nice to us and helpful.

I suppose there is nothing we did not like, only one thing that was a funny experience for us was the automated toilet cover which opened on its own very often, even when we merely stood a bit close to it. Not a big deal, we laughed it off.

it is ideal for people requiring Gluten Free food we ate there every day Italian style and there was a good varied menu with great food never hungry the staff were exceptionally nice and Heike on reception was so friendly and nice and so was the other girl who we did not meet as much the view is fabulous and so was the stone beach across the road

Lovely caring and attentive staff. Great food, with reasonable set meal choices for evening meals, although not A-La-Carte. Pre booking of meals required. Excellent breakfast. Good views from quiet, comfortable clean room (small balcony with just table & chairs). Compact ensuite shower room.

There was a window between the bedroom and the ensuite bathroom with opaque glass in it. This significantly reduced the privacy that one should have in a bathroom! Also no lock on bathroom door.

Beautiful view of the lake, nice pool and beach area. Very friendly staff and lovely balconies. Good food for the price.

Difficult location if you don’t have a car as public transport is infrequent and it’s very difficult to find available taxis. Electronic toilet was noisy and difficult to understand. Balcony and dining chairs could be wider or without arms so they are more comfortable.

Everything! The staff are so helpfull. The private beach and swimming pool was fantastic for the heat wave....The food was excellent!

There could have been an extra pillow! Would be nice to have a kettle or even wine glasses in the room.
