Hotel Veronesi

The family that owns this location is what makes it so special. The location was perfect t for our family, the grounds are meticulously kept but the welcoming nature of the owners warmed our hearts

They enter to my room without any reason when I outside without any permission and not for housekeeping

The staff were nice and helpful. The rooms were spacious and always clean at the end of the day. Sheets were changed often. I can really recommend Hotel Veronesi.

Gorgeous hotel with comfortable room with a good location. Close to the lake and walking distances to nice restaurants.

Very small bathroom. The air conditioning was preprogrammed and not always available.Breakfast was good but lacks some variety. Why using canned fruit salad for breakfast?Note that the city tax can only be paid in cash.

-direct view for the lake (the main road is next to the hotel, however the beuty of the lake was much more better thant the problem)-extremely helpful and kind staff -fine local products to buy and for the breakfast

-booking was reserved for renewed side, however you can get an old room (still clean)-at breakfast a little more variety would be better

Amazing helpful staff.

Although bed was comfortable, pillows were very low and uncomofortable.Breakfast could be more diverse.

Family owned and run hotel. Great breakfast, with homemade bread and honey. Parking onsite (uncovered).Quick access to the lake, not too far from other places where you can go to rent some water sports equipment, etc.

The bathroom could have been a bit bigger.

Great location to explore around the majority of the lake and Verona city,( we had our hire car so travelled all over the place), good breakfast, family owned I believe, they were all lovely people, Lake view room, very clean.

Room was basic ( though I believe there are some that are more modern than the one we had, it's a popular hotel so I had to book what was available), bed was OK, it would have been nice to have a small fridge and tea making facilities in the room.

1. the room is small2. the breakfast below expectation and u have to boil egg by ur self3. they have thier own policy of air condition which is start from 4:30 pm until 07:00 am and they didn't mention that in the hotel facility policy and me as customer have the right to know such important information before my arrival and if u ask them to change that u have to pay more extra money and that tbh ruin my stay

We really liked to fact the hotel had a private parking. Nice view. The owners were kind and helpfull. Rooms were clean.

We had a late flight arrival but check-in after 21:30 wasn’t possible, so we had to rush ourselves. The room is clean but old. Also the room is very noisy. We could hear our neighbours talking at night. In the morning you hear everybody waking up, shifting furniture, taking a shower. And at 8:30 the cleaning lady starts vacuming the rooms. Also the airconditioning is pre-set and you can not change it in the room. The breakfast is quite simple.

I don’t recommend this hotel as the staff are not that much friendly. Moreover, the cleaning is specific only for few hours with limited capability.
