Very clean rooms and nice staff. The location was super with a great view on the lake

Great breakfast buffet…a bit crowded but terrific. Proximity to the lake and promenades along the lake—great. A wonderful perk…the hotel has free access to SUPS and kayaks right across the street. We enjoyed that very much. And restaurants and gelato within walking distance. Parking lot, too!

The decor in the rooms could use a little upgrade, but all was immaculately clean and fine.

Great location, Clean a lot of places we stayed before had dirty floors. Very good breakfast, underground and regular private parkings.

We came when a large group was having their breakfast so everything was gone, took time to refill everything. The parking costs 10 euros if you park outside.

Remodelled spacious room. Great breakfast and staff. The pool area and beach restaurant were wonderful. Live entertainment at the beach Friday night was very nice. No complaints

Close to the water, not inside a town, but not far from activities and places to go.

Parking in the outdoor areas was a bit of a crapshoot. Limited spaces in ungated section. Getting the gate opened and into the parking areas is hectic with narrow roads and traffic. Not something for nervous drivers! Easy enough to use though. I’d suggest remotes for the gate and assigned parking spots

No parking spot for the car right in front t or behind the hotel.

The staff was fantastic. Even though we arrived late and at the last minute, the staff went out of their way to make us comfortable. We will return often. Grazie a tutti.

Wi-Fi was really poor even though some previous guests stated positive in his regard. Outside private parking is not free.Italian power outlets :)Furniture and equipment is a bit worn out, but still functional and clean.

The hotel is fabulous—the bed is comfortable, the staff are friendly, the location is fantastic. Breakfast is good, and there's a hot tub and swimming pool. What more could you ask for?

Stunning view from the balcony on Garda Lake and the mountains. A great location to explore Garda Lake. Parking options are convenient, with the choice to park in the garage or outside. Very good breakfast, offering a variety of options. Friendly and helpful staff.

It was a wonderful place, opposite the lake, with lovely staff and views from the garden / pool area. And the breakfast was the best we have ever had and included in our booking! The room was charming and the bed was comfortable and clean. Showers were hot. There was a fridge too! Parking was free opposite overnight or 10e for enclosed safe parking. Close to restaurants.

I had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Drago and I cannot recommend this hotel enough. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warmth and hospitality that instantly made me feel very good.The hotel boasts an ideal location, nestled on the shores of Lake Garda, offering incredible views of the crystal-clear waters and surrounding mountains.The rooms were impeccably clean, spacious, and well-appointed.From the front desk to the restaurant staff, everyone was incredibly friendly, professional, and eager to help with any request.

Garage under the hotel makes us feel safe. Location was good, staff was so pet friendly and good. Dinner option is good because there is nothing around. Outdoor pool seem good, even we did not swim due to weather.

There was only one elevator and it was so busy. There was a guy in the reception who does not know English, but he is the only one because other know English very well.

The location - just across the street from the lake. 1 hour kayak rental included for guests. The room was exceptionally clean. The hotel was very well cared for, although not brand new. Breakfast buffet is heaven for sweet breakfast lovers. General vibe was a happy one. We were allowed to use outdoor pool facilities past the time of our departure. Hotel offers parking, though spots directly at the lake were more accessible for us.

Upon arrival the music was BLARING and we had to wait until elderly german guests settle their restaurant drink bills, so check in was painful. The guy checking us in spent forever with our IDs and seemed to be overwhelmed. Check in experience was a 1/10.

- localization- breakfast ( large selection)- 2 hours of free bikes every day, (normal bikes no e) - free fresh water with lemon by reception- Cleanliness- Martina at the reception was very helpfull and fluently comunicate with us in english.

- parking fee is pretty high (10 euro outside, 15 in garage per day)- no bootles with water in room- gym opened from 9 am (it would be better from 7 am)

Perfect place to spend vacation! Very friendly personal, nice view from the balcony right to the lake, AMAZING breakfast contains local food... everything was great!

Would be nice to have smth like clothes dryer in the room ;)

I really liked where the hotel is located – it was very easy to get there. We were checked in very quickly, and the staff was excellent. The reception team was incredibly friendly and polite. The rooms were also very impressive – they were spacious, and the bed was super comfortable. We had a nice view of the courtyard where the pool is located, which was great. Another huge plus of this hotel was the breakfast. It was on par with a 4-5 star hotel. There was a huge variety of both savory and sweet options, so everyone could find something they liked. They had everything from vegetables and fruits to treats for kids. The breakfast exceeded all our expectations, and we were pleasantly surprised to see such a large selection in this hotel.

Unfortunately, we had a few downsides. We couldn’t make tea in our room because the kettle wasn’t working. We couldn’t plug it into the socket properly, which was frustrating. Another thing that bothered us was the smell of cigarettes in the hallways at night. It would be great if the hotel could control this better so it doesn’t happen. Lastly, when we arrived in the evening, it was quite chilly, and sadly, the blankets weren’t placed inside duvet covers. It would have been much more comfortable, pleasant, and hygienic if the hotel provided blankets properly made up in duvet covers.
