Lovely hotel with pool/bar area and very large rooms.

The beds could have been more comfy.

Everything is perfect! The place, the location just great! Nice pool, lovely area, nice view of the lake from the balcony, parking is available in the garage.

Nothing we didn’t like.

It was amazing! We stayed in apartmant Black&white, so we had separate balcony and terrace. The terrace had deckchairs, 2 tables, a sun umbrella. There was a clean swimming pool with warm water in the yard. Apartment had all necessary equipment. Dishes and glasses were black and white, it was really very cute. Everything was clean, good wi-fi in all teritory. It was the bar in the same area. The lake was accross the road. The host was wonderful!

Location is perfect, far enough from the road not to be bothered by it and close anough to the lake to quickly dip in. The swimming pool and bar are super nice. Family owned hotel, staff is kind and communicates well in English.

We had a lovely stay at Case Este! The things we liked very well were: - The owner Frenky was very friendly to us and was kind to help us at any time. He also recommended a very nice, cosy en good restaurant" Hotel Cassone " it was only a 10 min walk. - The swimming pool and the rest. The swimming pool was very clean and beautiful with a perfect temperature.- The bar that opened around the end of the afternoon ( July) Frenky himself was taking care of the lovely drinks! Very Nice - The location was perfect. Not to busy and a superMarket around the corner. And the beach in just 1 min walk .

Very nice accomodation with everything you may need. Beautifull priváte swimming pool with bar. Nice clean rooms with air condition. Great restaurant and beach nearby.

I have asked for baby cot , receptionist told me hotel do not provide baby bed, but she will put on normal bed a special wall. Instead of that we had to use pillows . Luckily I put my pillow and cover sheet on the stone floor as my 15month son fall of during a night. No fridge , no air conditioning, poor breakfast.

Perfect location close to the beach and close to the boat to have the option to see other cities on Garda lake. Further, a small pool just front of our room was an alternative for cooling.

Everything and everyone was great from start to finish! Albergo is an excellent owner and made us feel welcomed from the first day. He even gave us recommendations on local places to check out.

Disgraceful treatment of owner who made an issue of city tax payment. He asked us to pay for it in cash which we did not have ( we wanted to pay for it by card ) and after started to scream and said you don’t have 4 euros cash money to pay for it and your in Italy why don’t you have cash money etc. It was very embarrassing. Eventually we paid for it by card but he made us feel like we did something wrong ... money is money and it should not matter how you pay for your bill. It’s a shame that we experienced this kind of bad treatment of the host cause his mother and daughter are very friendly and make you feel welcome.
