Dinner experience is out of this world!!First class dinner by an amazing staff. The head waiter could be more cordial but the rest of the team was fantabulous!! AND THE OWNER WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND SPOKE FLUENT ENGLISH!

Pricing in rooms needs to be updated...

Nice and quiet remote place, the staff exceeded expectations, especially the waitress. Will defenetly return. Good thing is that late night check in is possible.

Restaurant is incredibly expensive and the polenta menu (whatever it is called) is repeating dishes and nauseating. There was no really cheaper option to eat there. I would recommend eating somewhere else. Too expensive for no reason!

The location was great in one way - literally on the main road so no detour on a long journey. The room was excellent, Nespresso machine on the landing, the shower even had a built in sauna. The restaurant was lovely. The staff were friendly and helpful.All round a great place to stay.

The downside of the location is that there is nowhere within walking distance so if you want to eat there's only the restaurant which, though excellent, isn't cheap. Be aware of this if you're on a tight budget. Having said which, given the quality of the food I wouldn't want to suggest it's overpriced, you get what you pay for. The food is fantastic.Really nothing much to dislike at all.

The room and hotel were wonderful.

The restaurant was very expensive and as the hotel is located alone and not in a village, there was no altyernative. The menu was overly fussy and the staff were unable to explain the menu

We were on the return trip, it is well located close to the border, you can leave however you like. The room was comfortable and tidy. Sapcious Parking.

No fridge in the room .

The wonderful Sri Lankan lady who works at the hotel was charming and engaging. She went out of her way to look after us. The breakfast was great.

Lovely hotel room in the heart of the mountains, with beautiful terrace overlooking the view and very comfortable bed. Friendly and professional staff, who were helpful in finding solutions to store my bike. I would highly recommend!

The welcome and kindness of all the staff was exceptional.The room was spotless and comfortable.The restaurant served the most exquisite food in a tranquil and beautiful setting. Truly wonderful. Breakfast equally abundant and in an elegant and welcoming breakfast room.I will return!

Well kept and the rooms were nice , modern & very clean. The location was great and we were in a garden room which although limited view meant no road noise

The property is in the middle of nowhere and it can be reached by car. They don’t offer you a duvet just a blanket (that’s not soft, and can be irritating on the skin) also is not going to keeping you warm especially when the heat is set for all the rooms and you can’t adjust it.Considering the property is located on the mountain side they should’ve considered to invest in a better heating system. The parking is next to the main road and doesn’t look safe to use.

Perfect location, right along the road. The staff is friendly and professional. The room was very clean.

The room was stuffy, and we couldn't open the window as the sound of the cars passing by is too loud.

We had a very good stay in locanda La Clusaz. Room had right size and was quiet. Excellent breakfast and very kind staff. The restaurant is exceptional with prices in line with the high level of food and service.. Private parking. Room prices are cheap compared to the quality.

Location on the road. Parking was icy so it needed to be careful to avoid slipping.

The breakfast was nicely put together. It served by very friendly people. Also quality of the food was great. The atmosphere of the restaurant was good

Overall it will do for 1 night. Normal plumbing.They have hot water and coffee for free in floor.

The restaurant is expensive and not tasty. We spent 281 euro for 3 adults and 1 child. Moreover, they forgot the last dish from the set of 5 dishes and I had to remind them. Traditional menu 55 euro, but its too much. We took 2 rooms, one smelled like sewage and had to be ventilated.They promised to give me a superior room, but they gave me a regular one.

Great location! Very friendly staff, didn’t have any problems even with late arrival. The room were comfortable and clean.
