Hotel Cortese

!Beautifully designed, clean, and cozy, this hotel offers an excellent breakfast and an outstanding in-house restaurant.But what truly makes this place special is the amazing staff — always smiling, kind, and ready to help with any question or request. Their warmth and attentiveness add a special touch to the whole experience. Highly recommended!

The only thing we would suggest improving is the water pressure in the shower — increasing the flow would make the experience even better

A la carte meal was very good on first night

Set dinner on second night was very poor. There was no option available

The hotel is very nice, the staff (especially the bartender) are very nice and polite, and helped us a lot with whatever we needed.The room was stylish and the bed comfortable, and the experience was very positive.

The design of the hotel and the room is a bit outdated,A coffee machine and hot water for tea in the room would have improved the stay.

Bathroom recently renewed, breakfast was amazing with large choice of cakes, fruits, and savory options. The hotel staff was superkind and we felt welcome and pampered.

Beautiful little hotel a tiny bit away from the hubbub of the Orta lakeside. Easy to get everywhere from there but quieter and cooler. Room was really great. Stupendous breakfasts. Good facilities and fabulous staff who could not have been more helpful or friendlier.

The restaurant is amazing, staff delightful but a bit too smart and the food too rich for everyday.

Nothing ... we loved it all

Good hotel, excellently located between Lake Orta and Lake Maggiore. Terrific breakfast and restaurant to have optional dinner in the evening.

Nowhere to walk to, need a car.

Nice small room with modern bath, we had a small balcony with flower boxes. Really quiet. Very good restaurant on premises. Excellent breakfast!! Free and easy parking. You need the GPS to find the hotel, but it is well worth it.

Both the evening menu and the breakfast spread were good.

No tea making facilities in the bedroom (but common to most of Italy).

Overall, an enjoyable experience. It is a modern hotel with great amenities and facilities in great shape. I liked the breakfast in particular. Plus an extremely satisfying dining experience. Also, the location is excellent if you want it away from the hustle and bustle. All staff members were amiable and ready to serve guests in an upbeat fashion.

We struggled with the matrasses in our room – the only 'negative' related to the hotel. One observation regarding the village of Armeno, though. It's seen better and much more vibrant times. Consequently, a hotel guest may struggle to find any alternative dinner experience outside of the hotel within reach.

Nice location for lakes. Good restaurant and lovely wait staff.
