Good Parking, felt safe, good breakfast, friendly helpful staff

A little bit away from restaurants and walks

We stayed one night during our road trip to lake Como. The staff was very welcoming and the facilities very practical with parking just in front of the room's outside door. Comfortable room and very nice breakfast, everything we needed to continue our trip well rested :)

The facility offers multiple rooms with several amenities. Breakfast is decent.

Dirty rooms. Damaged walls, bathtubs, dripping faucets… insects are the worst part. Spiders, centipedes, ants. It’s quite disgusting. The cost of a junior suit is not worth it at all.

Clean, nice room and very well equipped. Good parking slot.

Everything was excellent - the staff, the room and the food.

1. The parking right in front of the room was very convenient. 2. The size of the room and the amenities were great.3. Breakfast was good.

1. The music/radio in the corridor is way too loud and going on all night. 2. When we arrived the room smoked of cigarette. The receptionist gave us another room right away but it was still an inconvenience as we arrived in the middle of the night.

Convenient transit location near motorway, excellent secure parking.

Check in via drive through meant no explanation of food ordering process (on-line) and no info in room. Had to walk to reception to get WiFi password

The hotel was very clean. Our room had private parking which was locked at night. The room has all the toiletries, slippers etc.Staff was realy nice and helpful.

Breakfast could have more choice. Only one small disappointment was that the restaurant did not serve any food because they had a special event. But snacks were offered.

Staff were not particularly friendly, seemed a little disinterested.

Safe secure parking at no extra cost, property felt very safe. Liked the themed rooms, and excellent breakfast. Enjoyed the stay, would definitely stay again

The double bed consisted of 2 single beds creating a gap in the middle.

Having to pay extra for breakfast daily and then no bacon nearly every day and very limited other items, not worth €10 a day

It was close to where we needed to be and clean.

The room we got was nothing like it was advertised. Also, I was travelling with my 81 year old mother and given that this is a place you can book by the hour, perhaps that should be mentioned somewhere in the advertising… she was scared to stay there once she realised.

Efficient check-in and check-out. Spacious rooms, no street noise. Convenient for a one-night stay with your own car.

There was loud music in the corridor. I could hear it during the whole night. I found it rather disturbing. Am I the only one who prefers to sleep in silence?

Spacious room, friendly staff, breakfast was good. Secured property , private parking .

To change the room was a bit complicated, could be faster and easier.

Music in the hall way all night, which wasn't an issue as I sleep with ear plugs.
