High quality stay. Really like the sauna and steam facilities. The restaurant is good.

Very helpful and forthcoming staff starting off with a reception staff member personally guiding us through the various spaces of the hotel - restaurant, pointing out the spa area access and hours, showing us our rooms. Spa area lovely including heated outdoor pool – a definite plus seeing as the air was still rather coolish. The quietness and spaciousness of VA were also appriciated by us. And there is a little center of Manera is a 5 minute walk away where there are 2 other restaurant options should one chose not to eat at the Hotel.

Very close to wine towns of monforte and serralunga- and alba. Wonderful space and 2 restaurants- heated pool, gym, and peaceful grounds. Attentive staff and great food/wine. Will go back!!! Great base for Langhe!!

The location was perfect for exploring the charming wine villages and Alba. The staff was wonderful and attentive in all areas. The surroundings are great with beautiful countryside views from the pool and the restaurant. A perfect break!

The restaurant was good, but maybe offer a daily special for variety for guests who dine in house several times.

Lovely serene setting and location. We also loved the restaurant. Staff were very helpful and provided local tips for our trip. Room spacious and cosy.

Jacuzzi jets were out of service... But really, apart from this minor thing, the place is absolutely wonderful, I hope to return for another relaxing experience!

A very private and remote hotel with spacious and clean rooms. Our stay was wonderful, the bed was extremely comfortable, the bathroom was very clean. Breakfast and other meals in the restaurant were delicious. could not recommend staying at the hotel more

The hotel is in a very beautiful location, surrounded by the hills and vineyards. Perfect for those who enjoys the quiet and the nature. We very much enjoyed staying in the attic room, being very spacious and finely furnished. The bathroom was also super spacious with double shower and a bathtub. The service is impeccable and the staff is very kind and helpful. Dinner in the restaurants is high quality, as well as the breakfast à la carte, offering different options. We enjoyed the view on the snowy mountains from the restaurant! The wellness center was quiet enjoyable! In general our stay exceeded our expectations and we definitely will come back!

To be honest there aren’t things I didn’t like about this place. The only thing I could say that the wellness center is quiet small and allows just two rooms at the time for a maximum of 45 minutes. I could say that it is enough however checking always the clock could be a bit stressful.

stunning location amongst the vineyards, rooms were beautifully decorated, and the heated external pool was great fun.

Nice restaurant, lovely breakfast and dinner at the bistro. Staff very friendly and efficient.

We missed a terrace outside with a view over the countryside. The outside terrace is boxed in in a courtyard.

Room and grouunds were great and staff at the front desk and pool were friendly.

The food and staff in the dining room were average.

We loved the location, especially the view and surroundings. Great food, including breakfast and dinner.

Room and bathroom were a bit small, but it didn't bother us that much.

All around an excellent hotel! Beautiful location, fantastic restaraunt, lovely garden with incredible view, great and helpful staff, we had a great time! I saw families and couples of all ages enjoying themselves too.

Everything- the setting was stunning, the hotel is beautifully decorated, the staff were friendly and accommodating, great breakfast and lovely pool and spa area. it was very good value for money too.

room on parking lot - small, 140usd TV set…booked dinner for 8:30pm. hotel screwed up and had no table for us. that can happen. ok… but then offer us a Spritz while we wait for 45min… instead they left us out there with nothing, no alternative, no drink. no apologies (even though they did have our name on the reservation list…)…. crazy lack of professionalism from the Staff and restaurant manager himself. 3 star at most. we had dinner outside the hotel in a nice restaurant, with a friendly staff…

Amazing surroundings and location. Great house and amazing pool-area.

For me this is a place that try to mouch but dont reach all the way. Breakfast was not bad but very slow. Food did not arrive at the same time. They could have made it a bit simpler but better instead they try to mouch but dont reach all the way. Thats the same with the hotel in general. Nice big room, amazing view and nice furnitures. But it felt like they just put them in the room without thinking. I think that they could have just made it a bit simpler but do it good instead of trying to hard and dont reach all the way. So my complains are on a high level. Its a great house on a good location.
