Great location, great breakfast, great room

Elevators had problem, everymorning extra waiting 10-15 minutes, use leaders,There was water problem (response time late), too, There is no shuttle or service for transport etc. even during exhibition, Taxi cost over than 140 € from Otel to Bergamo airport. Unexpectable.

The room was very well appointed, clean and comfortable. The hotel was modern, the staff at the front desk was friendly and always available. The breakfast was really good, great service and wide variety of foods.

The location is far from the city center. There is no public transportation nearby. So if you don’t have a (rental) car, keep in mind that you will be paying quite a bit for cab fares to major attractions. Plus, the cab fare to the nearby hotel is a set fee, and quite pricey.The hotel had double charged us, so it took about a month of going back and forth with the hotel and booking.com to get it all sorted out. That was a bit of a hassle, but the hotel acknowledged their mistake and I got a refund.

Very friendly professional staff, from room service, through restaurant team to the front desk. The morning breakfast staff and Rosario and Martina at the restaurant/ bar were extra ordinary

There was no inroom tea or coffee facilityI booked hotel with cancelation and paid extra and payment will be charged at the time of checkin but hotel charged me once I finished reservation, that is not the right way. Why I paid Extra? So be carefully at the time of reservation

It was a convenient choice due to the excellent location near the Fiera. Staff was nice and breakfast very good and varied. The interior looks outdated and deteriorated, which made it seem way overpriced. On the bright side, it was clean and pretty quiet. The parking was full when we arrived midday due to Salone del Mobile taking place, so had to wait a while until someone got out so we could enter. If you come before or after the event’s closing time, you probably won’t have this issue, but still it would be great if they could reserve parking spots for guests.

Clean and comfortable room, excellent breakfast, location can't be better when you visit the fair as it is opposite South entrance, few metres across the road.

The waiting for lift, the hotel is busy and lifts seem to be old and probably need to be addressed for better efficiency

Taxis difficult and expensive

The room was clean and pleasant, and the bed was very comfortable. I also enjoyed the breakfast. All the staff members were extremely helpful.

The hotel is convenient for accessing the Exhibition Center; however, it is less ideal for tourists. The nearest metro station is about a 15-minute walk away, and the city center is 20 minutes away by metro.

Very clean room. King size bed (never had such a big bed). Wonderful endless breakfast. Great internet connection. Very helpful staff.

In the middle of nowhere (but we had our car)

Amazing stay fully cleaned wide rooms. Too much cooperative staff. Really here stay is the value of your money.

Location right at the fiera of Milan. Also, breakfast was very good.

The room was very small. The a/c-heater was very complicated to operate and I was always cold. Also, the price was too high for the type of offering.

Very convenient location if you want to visit the RHO exhibition centre.

The hotel needs urgently a renovation. It looks very expensive compering the facilities and the decoration in the rooms. The lighting is terrible.

Close to EICMA and nice building.Nice food at the restaurant

400€ a night for a very small room is crazy but with EICMA next door it's understandable they take advantage of this.
