- - We were offered complimentary breakfasts!- The rooms are spacious, with plenty of storage space.- Everything works :)
- Top class hotel situated nesr Eicma , parking was extra but secure underground, beautiful hotel
Cons -
- From metro station, it is a little bit long walk.
- - Inconvenient location, the road to the subway goes through an industrial area and garages.- The cleaning lady regularly left only one towel for two people. That's strange. Every time we had to call the front desk and ask them to bring a second towel.- There is mold in the shower's corner.- When you enter the room, the lights turn off after 15-20 seconds, regardless of whether you have inserted the room key into the card slot or not.
- The hotel was far from duamo city center and the taxi cost us 40 euros one way and it would cost 42 euros back to the hotel. Staff was not friendly and breakfast was horrible, the cleaning ladies were nice and cleaned the room every day, the bell captain was very good, there was no stores anywhere near the hotel if you wanted to buy something to snack on, I would had rather stayed somewhere near the city center better than paying those expensive taxi cabs.

The hotel bell captain was very nice, rooms were clean but breakfast was horrible

The breakfast was very good, good variety of food. The location is a bit far from everything, 10 minutes walk from the closest metro, being with a car is better but the parking lot costs money and outside the hotel there isn't always free space.
The parking space.
The hotel was large and the staff was very nice. The rooms were very spacious.
The hotel was very dirty, there were dead flies on the walls. I also thought it was bad that there was no carpet on the floor.
Great hotel worth the money , excellent staff, facility and breakfast .
Location is a bit far from Milan city center.
Good breakfast, clean room, we are stayed 2 days enjoyed the hotel, next time also came back.
It is a very nice hotel and could possibly have the best shower I’ve ever had!
The sliding door that separates the room and the single bed didn’t close. If it did, we didn’t get any instructions how to close it. Also, we had to ask some teenagers down the hall how to keep the lights on in the room. I’m used to leaving the key card in, but didn’t realize it was a credit card slot we needed to insert the room card into (it was dark and we couldn’t see).
room on 3rd floor was very spacious and clean, with a nice bathroomease of access through elevators (though hotel was at guest capacity, there was never to wait more than 20 seconds for an elevator to open at the floor)
breakfast was ok, but a bit chaotic: one day one the coffee machines ran out of mostly everything, another day there were no large cups for chocolate/cappuccino and while I waited (about one minute) for a fresh set to be delivered, my croissant and yoghurt were wiped out from my table. Variety of food somewhat limited.
Overall, very nice experience and very pleasant staff. The room was clean. Breakfast was good. It is easy to reach the hotel by car which is perfect for avoiding Milano traffic. Hotel has a garage which is a huge plus. While staying in Milano and Una hotel we only used metro to visit city attractions - metro station is a 10-minute walk from the hotel, metro line takes you directly to the city center. Hotel's location is excellent for those attending events on San Siro stadium (also accessible by metro).
Rooms might be renovated with newer furniture.
We really loved this hotel. It was very comfortable, and the breakfast was absolutely excellent — truly one of the best we’ve had in Italy. We would definitely recommend trying the breakfast, as it was far above the average compared to many other hotels in the country. We also chose this place because of its convenient location near the metro, which made getting around very easy.
Location near San Siro for an affordable price with clean and spacious rooms complemented by nice staff!
The hotel was nice, they had a restaurant and offered a shuttle to the metro station but only at specific times.
The hotel was nice but it was far away from grocery stores or any other food places outside the hotel. I didn’t like the food we selected from the restaurant other than the pizza. Also, make sure you ask what time they offer their shuttle if you plan to arrive there via the metro system.
Typical hotel breakfast, which is OK for me. The hotel was not fully booked, as is it was not the high season. Based on that, i was able to get a nice room upgrade which turned out awesome - thanks to the receptionist (i dont know the name of this kind gentleman). Used the gym every day, i liked it a lot - it was just missing the sanitizer to clean the workout stations before/after use.I was expecting the check-in will take a long time (based on reviews), but i actually pre-checked in online and i just signed a document at the reception and was handed the keys to my room. Took me 5min all together. The location suited me well as i travelled with my car.No complaints whatsoever.

Only one staff that is friendly and lovely
Staff unfriendly, food wasnt nice and not enough entertainment for the children
Appalling. You couldn’t pay me to return.
Pound for pound the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The staff were a mixture of utterly incompetent and downright rude. The facilities were lacking and in several cases just not working. The food was simply disgusting, both as to taste and price.
I liked that the breakfast was continental, parking was safe (in between police cars and vans). The shower in the room was nice (rain shower). We stayed there with our son (13) and the extra bed was fully equipped and continental.
We stayed there for two nights (April) and there were football teams (teen) in the hotel. They were noisy, and for two nights in row it seemed that furniture was moved, teens playing around with balls, screaming to each other from balcony and throwing food on balcony. This happened until mid 2am. There was no coffee, no tea and no water heater. Also no spoons. The checkin at 9pm was understaffed. Also, the snooker table (free of charge) was not allowed to be used for teens even if their parent was there (my husband and my son wanted to play).
Fantastic room.Friendly Staff
Lack of variety on hot food breakfast.Taxi firm used by the hotel very expensive. Location a bit remote.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was superb, and I was delighted to receive an unexpected upgrade upon arrival. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, making for a perfect night’s sleep. The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and efficient, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience. The restaurant staff truly stood out with their warmth and attentiveness, and the cook went above and beyond all my expectations. The hotel’s restaurant, declared as gourmet, was a delightful surprise—it’s not something you’d expect in this location. The dining experience was exceptional, and I highly recommend having dinner there if you stay.Overall, my experience was excellent, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a top-notch dining experience.
