This is in a safe and quiet location in Milano 2. It is an taxi ride to the city center but can relax here. The staff are always helpful and speak good English. We have stayed here before!

The carpet could use some updating but it's not too bad.

No water for drink and no tissue also the air condition is too bad

Location is too complicated. Two different addresses mentioned, on booking.com and website. Neither the GPS nor Google maps found the place. People do the check-in in a different building and have to walk to where they have to stay.

Very confusing location. Different address than the one given. We had to do a treasure hunt to discover where to check in. Then after check in had to drive to another building with no signages. Disaster when you arrive tired at night!

The property is clean, convenient, has a safe parking garage, and very nice breakfast.

The absolute worst place!!! Animals should not be allowed to stay there let along people!

Where do I start? It’s an old beat up place that is in DIRE need of refurbishing. Peeling walls, peeling furniture, dirty carpets, the towels had 2, not 1 but 2!!! holes in them, shower head impossible to adjust hight for, broken shower liquid bottle, the sink was that he most disgusting yellow around the sinkhole which could’ve been white 10 years ago but now it’s just yellow water marks with some white where the water has not reached, and the absolute worst part is no taxi driver could find the place. We spent €10 in front of the other NH Hotel with the driver running in asking the concierge where the Residence is and the staff there bird the most unhelpful with directions. We are not Italians but the driver was 100% Italian and he was the one asking where the Residence was and STILL they didn’t explain where to drive. We went round and round at 11 at night looking for it!!! The address on the paper that the room key came with was the address of the other hotel NOT the Residence! So frustrating so unnecessary such bad disregard of your guests! I cannot emphasise how derelict this place is. NO ONE should pay to stay there , not even for free, let along almost €200 per night. We travel extensively but we have NEVER stayed at a worst more unclean disgusting place as this was. Disturbing and I don’t understand how on earth they passed the health inspection! Ahhh and there were mosquitoes everywhere and at 5 AM I counted 4 on the ceiling so bitten and buzzed all night on top of everything else. Even if you pay people they should not be punished to stay there!!!

The lake nearby. In the room there is kitchen . 5 mins walk to supermarket. 10 mins walk to the hospital. Bus stop infront of the hotel

The time of check- in is late at 3 pm. The lady from the reception was so kind to make us check-in 1 hour earlier, but the normal time is 3 which i find is so late

It is a very spacious accomodation. Suitable for families. Great amenities and an amazing bistrot downstairs for a great meal.

The rooms are slightly aged, but not too bad.

Pretty nice and big room, everything was clean.

The guy at the Reception was very grumpy and didn't help us with parking so first impressions wasnt that good but it was 01:30 am so maybe he was tired or something. The Location isn't that good!

The Residence is ideally situated for those who need easy access to San Raffaele Hospital.

The service at the hotel did not meet the expected standards of a NH hotel. The hotel failed to maintain the room temperature within the required range of 18-24 degrees Celsius; our room temperature was only 16 degrees, making it very uncomfortable to sleep or work. When we raised this issue, the staff responded rudely and simply told us to "deal with it," rather than offering a solution like a warmer room. After several requests, we were finally moved to a different room. Additionally, the shower water was cold during the night and only warmed up during the day. The cleaning staff also acted unprofessionally towards us. Overall, our experience was unsatisfactory, and we do not recommend this residence.

We had a room overlooking a lake which had terrapin, coi and some sort of otter looking animal. Staff were friendly at all hours and went above and beyond

The restaurant was closed. Only open for breakfast but that was just for the weekend I was there, it reopens soon!

The overall quality of the location. Very old moquette, broken, the wc was leaking, blanket to be asked at the reception

The location is very good, the residence is huge and built in a nice surrounding and neighbourhood. Facing an artificial lake with fish and tortoises. A park too. Bars and restaurants down the residence. Cascina Gobba metro station is the closest. Rooms are spacious and clean. Beds incredibly comfortable

Far away from Milan center. No TV channels I could not change the channels.

It was clean and well kept, good view .Would stay again.

We got in late, it was dark, hard to find check in. Someone to show us to the right building would have been nice.

The place is far from 4 stars. They never heard of maintenance:- The carpets all all worn out and in some places are missing spots- The bathroom appliances are expired (you can't turn off the water (it keeps dripping)- There is a permanent bad smell (it could be from the carpet as well): 1. from other guests smoking in the rooms probably) 2. a combination of bad unventilated areas covered by perfume- The windows area is full of spider webs- The AC is noisy even at the lowest speed- The TV was damaged and had a long powerful light comming out from the upper frame- The coffee machine near the reception has a cleaning program that dispenses water directly on the floor (sometimes a rug was left on the floor to absorb the water)- Almost all of the staff from the reception have poor people skills with arrogant attitude
